These people are scamners..Took money out of my account when I told them I didnt want any more products..I asked for the address to return it ..Was informed was on Gungadong !!

This cosmetic product is terrible and completely ineffective. You’ll regret buying it. I strongly advise everyone not to buy it. This company is a scam.

It didn't work. Auto recurring was set up when I first paid but I didn't notice, so I asked refund but they refused to do it. I was so disappointed with the product and their service.

Do not get involved with this company!! I tried both the cream and firming oil and did not find either met the claims. They claim I subscribed to receive repeat orders, which I did not. This is a practice I now see they are renowned for. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to resolve this. They have not refunded my money. Stay away!!

I ordered , I thought, cellu cream for crepy skin. I don't know how but I ended up with an oil instead. I requested to return the product and pretty much told "to bad". I don't like the oil, I didn't want the oil. Beware of the subscription as well. It takes 3+ weeks to receive the product and the auto ship goes out at week 4, not much time to decide if you like the product or not, or if it works! Update, I was offered 15% refund because it costs too much to return the product, I am within their 60 day risk free time frame.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They’re total crooks. Massive delays with shipments - and I mean I’ve had 6 emails saying ‘delayed shipment’, appalling customer service PLUS they automatically subscribe you into buying monthly with no warnings and it takes an eternity to cancel. They know exactly what they’re doing. They then refuse to cancel the order and refund. Complete CROOKS. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Thank you to all the customers sharing their experience about the unknown automatic subscriptions. I buy a lot of things online and this has never happened to me before. I did not want a recurring subscription but trying to get this sorted is not easy. I have received the same stock standard email twice that my case is being escalated but no action. Beyond disappointed that this company is using such a sneaky tactic to make money. I won’t be a return customer.

Be careful - when you purchase a product there is a sneaky sign up for more! And you won’t know until they take money out of your account! The product is not great, it’s just another play on women’s insecurities.
