I have been using about 3 weeks and do like what I see so far.

The product is just what I am looking for however, it took some time to receive the product once it was ordered.

Request to cancel order and subscription dealt with the same day. Not the smoothest of process but issue dealt with to a satisfactory result.

Other than false info on the delivery, it was very good. Company responded quickly to inform on the situation

Great product. Timely responses. I only cancelled my subscription because I currently have enough product to last for several months.

I requesteed a refund for an extra bottle because i feel their marketing and sales tactics tricked me into buying an extra when i only wanted one to try to see if i even liked it. Their customer service could not cancel the extra bottle order but they offered to refund me 20% of my order which was nice. I have not tried the product yet, so I how I like it. But they value their cuatomers, it showed and they were very responsive.

I wasn't happy that it was auto re-ordered however great support in cancelling. I now have 6 containers of the cream so I will see how that goes and if its good I may reorder.

I have only been using the overnight firming oil for a little over a week but the results so far have prompted me to order the Deep firming body cream. I am VERY much looking forward to the results of the 2 paired!
