CelluReviews of getcellu.com

DO NOT USE. Not only is the oil simply nothing more than olive oil in all probability, it does bot work! It is greasy and not as it claims to be. I contacted customer services in line with their 60 day money back guarantee and ended up getting my refund thru by bank. Then they automatically set you up on a subscription. I alerted them quickly to say don't send and more but it still came. I did not accept delivery and I am waiting 2 months later for a refund. FAKE PRODUCT AND FAKE REVIEWS. NOTE THE RECENT TWO REVIEWS ON HOW HELPFUL THEY ARE DESPITE COMPLAINTS. AVOID

Subscription scam. Email did not work. Managed to get another one. They did reply and sent me a link to cancel subscription. cancelled after having to click yes I would like to cancel 5 times.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CELLA THEY WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR BANK WHEN YOU HAVEN'T PLACED AN ORDER .

Total scam! Do not buy from getcellu.com. They trap you into a hidden monthly subscription without your explicit consent. When they illegally charged my card $83.99 for a second package, I complained immediately. Their website explicitly claims a "60-day satisfaction guarantee" and their FAQ clearly states: "You do not need to return the product." Yet, their customer care agent "Kate" is completely ignoring their own official policy. To make matters worse, they are demanding that I pay out of my own pocket to ship a package back to an address in China—even though their tracking system shows the package has NEVER even been delivered to me and is still delayed in transit! It is an absolute joke. They use psychological exhaustion tactics, starting with a 15% refund offer, then 25%, then 50%, trying to make you give up. I refuse to give up. I have already contacted my bank to open a formal fraudulent billing chargeback dispute, and I have reported them to consumer protection agencies. Stay far away from this dishonest company!

Do not order direct from Cellu, better to get from Amazon or anywhere else. Unfortunately I’m another customer scammed. I never received my first order. It was to be delivered to my home, their reason I didn’t have it was that I didn’t collect it?? Then lo and behold, like the others I’m being scammed and two more payments went out my account on a subscription I didn’t sign up to. Their customer service is diabolical, it doesn’t seem that their staff understand what their job is. I just hope this review helps other people to not make the same mistake. The cream is also rubbish.

As with many of the reviews on here, I made a one off purchase and then got hit with another payment. I didn't sign up for a subscription, so why do they think i've ordered again. This company is clearly a scam.

Absolute scam! Buyers beware. Purchasing from this company, they automatically sign you up to an ongoing monthly subscription and cancelling via their website is purposely made to be near impossible.

Should have checked Trustpilot before ordering. Subscription tricks - not originally ordered under a subscription, yet hit with a recurring charge on an order that they said was confirmed. A Second order was not confirmed and even though I tried to stop the fulfillment of a second order, I was charged and then offered a 20% refund of the unauthorized charge. Still working on a refund of the original order...definitely not a risk-free return process. Returns to China not U.S. domestic. Buyer beware!!
