You changed the formula. The original product was amazing. Unlike it, the new formula does not absorb well and stays sticky all day, yet somehow does not moisturize all day. The new formula, unlike the original, irritates my eczema slightly, and does is not nearly as effective in smoothing out crepey skin. Finally, the new formula obviously has eliminated the coconut oil which has its own benefits, and helps with absorption. The new product smells vaguely toxic rather than fresh and clean. I will not be ordering again. I’m still debating whether to return the product I have. Very disappointing, as I had finally found something that I was really happy about using. Now I have to start all over

Hi, I'm onto my 4th jar and to be honest, I haven't noticed any improvement. I've contacted Sophie twice for some advice, also before and after photo's, but no one has bothered to reply. So I'm very disappointed. Gloria M

Have been using this cream for about 3 weeks,have not seen any difference yet,I'm just wondering if it is just a mith,I will carry on using it and see what happens!!!!

Definitely not a winner. It moisturizes but, doesn't affect the "problem". I may return it but will not re-purchase.

I wasn’t sure what to put here as I am presuming skin is skin do it would work equally well on men’s skin as well as for women. It doesn’t. I even bought the new and improved but it looks the same as my original pot so haven’t used it. Not sure why there are so many happy customers. Peter

Product took a month to be delivered. Constant emails to the Customer Service team as the claim that the delivery was being processed was unsubstantiated and the tracking number didn't work. Asked to cancel the repeat order and was told there was none in place, and then had a reminder that the next payment would be taken before the first order had even been received. Eventually received the delivery but would not recommend as, although responsive and polite, the customer service was of no help and the order was only resent when I advised I would be calling in the credit card company
