I had a subscription with this company. I rescheduled my July shipment to August but they sent my July shipment anyway! They first told me it was a glitch in their system and I had nothing to worry about. They refused to reverse the charge and basically told me to get over it. I consider this very poor customer service. I have cancelled my subscription.

Ordered two weeks ago, still waiting….also didn’t know I subscribed. Kind of tricky to do that to your customers. If and when I receive I’ll see if it works. Disappointed so far.

Warning - this company need watching very carefully. Beware you are not signing up to an ongoing subscription. If you do you will find it VERY difficult to stop. So far this company has taken £68.94 of my money - I have not received any products. Getting a refund is proving enormously difficult - I have to refer back to my bank/credit card. You have been warned!

Purtroppo sono costretto a mettere una stella, perché se avessi potuto ne avrei messe zero. Inaffidabili e disonesti. Prodotto ordinato e mai arrivato. La procedura di rimborso è una presa in giro. Ho perso i soldi e il prodotto. State alla larga.

I love the product but the customer service is horrible. I chose 2 jars with 1 free. I did the 30 day subscription. Received my 2nd order and asked for the address to return due to I was still on my first jar. I was told someone would reach out and they did. They ask if I would like to change my subscription to 60 days or three months I chose three months due to having six jars. I was then offered 10% off the purchase order, which was.insulting. And now my third shipment is on its way. Why? Because the customer service agent didn’t honor my 3 months request that was offered to me! When I asked them not to send the next shipment they told me it was too late. I canceled my subscription. 4 days later I receive a notice it shipped. And they still will not reply with the address for me to return my soon to be 9 jars.

Not a problem with the product but problem with subscription which they insist I had asked for when I didn’t, I’m an old age pensioner one pot will probably last till I die, they’ve just taken another £22.98 out of my bank and after contacting them they only gave me options to delay how often I receive an order, if you still want to purchase please make sure if there is a button to untick for subscription although I never saw one.

Purchased 2 pots of this and no results whatsoever when asked for refund they offer 10% then 15% and thsts it You don't get your money back as they say Don't waste your money

Ordered this product hoping to achieve the results it says customers were getting. After using two pots no improvement at all. Contacted supplier and asked for a full refund and sent remaining pots back. Still waiting for the refund after sending many messages, this has been going on for several months. Don’t waste your money as complete hoax
