Notice how many of the Casely positive reviews are written by people who only have one review I wish I had before I ordered from them!! I order a case and screen protector from them. Their website says they ship the day or two and you have it in 3-5 businesses days all is a lie. Order on 16 Nov next day I get email saying it has shipped with a USPS tracking number when I click on the link it goes to the DHL website and says no tracking number found. After four days and no update I contact them and get email saying it was shipped from Utah warehouse and was given to USPS. Two more days and USPS tracking shows nothing shipped so on I open a case with PayPal!! I get a reply from Casely stating it was shipped by DHL from Indiana. I told them if hadn't shipped to refund my money. I check the tracking next day and find out they just gave it to DHL on that day. I still have not got my case or a refund. Buyer Beware

We were a Mophie family, but Mophie stopped making cases. I have also used the Apple charging case for my iPhone for 2 years. I thought Casely would be a good replacement. I ordered 2 charging cases (one for mom, one for me). I put the case on my phone on Thursday. It didn't quite line up right with my buttons. Suddenly the side button (iphone XR) was so sensitive that Siri or Apple Pay was always being activated. Somehow I took 5 videos of the inside of my purse on Saturday. But here's the kicker- on Sunday, after only 4 days of use, the pale pink case got stained from being in my pants pocket while I went for a walk. If this product didn't have a sales price of $75, I'd think it cost $5. I had to bite the bullet and order new Apple charging cases because they are worth the investment.

This company is fraudulent and they must pay for good reviews? I purchased a case from Casely a month ago and it is already deteriorated/stained. The case was beautiful but it was not worth what I paid. It's only been a month and I'm just outside of their "30 day return" period! They offered me a $5 refund when I paid much more than that. I do not recommend them and will never shop here again. The quality is terrible.

I ordered 2 cases for my iPhone 6 s plus The one that was not returnable Was too small, Clearly not the correct case The other fit my phone but the opening for the charger was way off,preventing you to charge the phone while in the case Not even worth one star but in order to write a review I had to choose this option Terrible product and Wuality control I doubt this review will even be published

Received broken case. It will not charge. Since I purchased during a sale, I am not eligible for return or exchange without paying the difference of the “non-sale” price since they are no longer on sale. Sale price is $38, regular price was $80, they want another $40 to complete an exchange for something I received broken. Contacted customer service, who told me my video of it not working was insufficient. They sent me a link to exchange, but again, I’m asked to pay an additional $40 for a broken case. Terrible experience, won’t purchase again.

I ordered 2 cases plus a ring on 12/3. Today is 12/15 and still haven’t received my cases. I emailed them for an update and tracking info a week after order. On the 9th I got an email saying they hadn’t even processed the order yet. That they need 7-10 business days just to process the order before they will ship. Then who knows how long shipping will take with the holidays and COVID. Their email blames COVID and ‘ insanely high volume of orders’ for their overwhelm. ‘ But don’t worry: We are working super hard...’ 1. After 9 + months of dealing with COVID, they should not be surprised that it will affect their ability to fulfill orders and should set reasonable expectations. Stop using it as an excuse. We all know COVID sucks for everyone. 2. If they are unable to keep up with and process orders already placed for ANY reason, they should stop sending incessant emails with BOGO and other deals creating further delays and problems. I’ll never deal with this company again.

Was so excited to get the Power 2.0 case. I have an iPhone X and the battery life is just slowing down and not lasting long. Well the charging port was built so poorly that it wiggles A TON. So much so that it has caused the port IN MY PHONE to come loose. I’m going to have to buy an entirely new phone now because I struggle to get my phone to charge at all now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. FIND A DIFFERENT CASE.

I ordered a battery case from CASELY at the end of 2019 for an iPhone. The case no longer holds a charge. It’ll be fully charged in the morning and completely empty before 11:00AM. Additionally, the charging port on the case was not built solidly and is now loose. More often than not, the case does not charge when plugged in, and for some reason, will NEVER charge while holding the actual phone (neither phone nor case will charge when connected). Lastly, since the clasping mechanism is magnetic, it renders the phone’s compass and directional orientation completely useless. Extremely disappointed overall with CASELY and this product.
