Bnt CaseReviews of getcasely.com

Casely won’t refund your order if you are unhappy. iPhone 15 cases don’t have a button for the action button. Make sure you really love what you are ordering because they only do exchanges. Horrible experience!

Rubbish website, I signed up for by one get one free, code added successfully. Went to pay and was told discount code was not usable on in-stock items... Makes no sense won't bother again

I now understand why they’re called a dishonest business. They truly do hide and won’t publish all their honest reviews. If it’s anything less than 4 stars they won’t publish it. I’m appalled by this, truly. I gave a simple 3 star review because the case was alright, just not as great as they described it to be. I simply stated exactly that, that it wasn’t great but okay and a few changes could’ve been made or added. I’ve written the review multiple times and it doesn’t publish on their site. That’s not a great business. I will now tell and show everyone I know this so they know what they’re getting into. They can’t handle honest feedback, it’s a shame.

Refused to fix an order placed less than 24 hrs. Horrendous customer service!!! Will not buy from again!!! My first experience is a bad one! SMH!!!!

Charged me 15 USD for shipping and the package has not arrived almost three weeks later. Been in contact with customer support, was entirely unhelpful. I have bought a new phone and I’m waiting for the new case to arrive before using it. Will definitely not be ordering at Casely again, expensive and too much hassle.

I ordered an item and it included a free one (BOGO promotion.) The original case I ordered was not sent-another case was sent. I tried to exchange it but it could not be exchanged for the correct one. I then tried to return it and they are taking $12.05 in fees,1/4 of what I paid and it was their mistake. No one can solve this. If they fix it I will update this review but for now I think this company is horrible-even though the designs look good on the website. I even tried to exchange them again but the system is charging me 11.04 for the same items. Thoroughly disgusted-and I rarely do negative reviews. I think this company is very scammy.

I ordered the wrong size & when I went to get a refund, I couldn’t even refund one of the cases! It was “exchange only”. I spent $34.71 on two cases and only got $9.65 back!!! I tried to exchange the other case and they were trying to charge me more money!!! I contacted customer service at one point, they were not helpful. What a rip off. Waste of money and I got no phone case out of it.

Casely is a business that hides poor reviews to make their products seem better than they are. Twice I’ve posted a 1 star review on Casely’s website for a phone case I purchased due to its misleading listing. And Casely will not publish my reviews. I bought the “Bright Yellow Sunflowers Clear Case” specifically because the listing described and pictured the case as clear. The listing even said the case showed off the phone color: “Whether you have a gold, white, or black iPhone, the bright yellow flowers on this case allows you to show off its original color along with a beautiful complimentary pattern. Vivid sunflowers work well with any iPhone color but that's not the best part!” After waiting a week without a phone case, I instead received a white opaque case with yellow sunflowers. Turns out the clear feature only applies to the Classic style phone cases. If only the website expressly stated that, instead of misleading me to believe the phone case was clear. I reached out to Casely regarding my dissatisfaction with the purchase and asked for credit for a new phone case. The representative said I could only return the case since the website allegedly “accurately describes and shows the case you purchased.” I then replied with screenshots of Casely’s listing that titles, describes, and depicts the phone case as clear. And I have not heard back from Casely since. I would not recommend this business due to the poor handling of my transaction. I will not purchase from Casely in the future.
