Cannot hear from anyone Case will not charge

I really liked the design and overall look and feel of this phone case (the power 2.0 case) which is the only reason I'm giving this product two stars, I'm not a big fan of leaving negative reviews so a product really has to earn it for me to leave a bad review. My experience with the Casely Power 2.0 case: I received two of these cases one for myself (black marble) and one for my fiancée (tie dye pink), we both had some battery problems with out iphone so I thought these would work perfectly. I carefully put these cases on both of our phones as the poorly written instructions indicated. I charged them fully before attempting to use the batteries built into the case, at first everything was fine. After literally two days my iPhone stopped recognizing my battery case and the case would not charge with any charger I had, I even bought a brand new charger and even that did not work. Eventually my case did get work with the phone again but it still was not charging, the only way the battery case would charge is on my wireless charger. My fiancée also had the same problem with her case shortly before I decided to just say screw it and returned both of them to get my money back. In short, if you want a battery case thats built to last less than a week choose Casely. They look nice but do not perform well at all. -- This is a copy and paste of my review for the two power 2.0 cases I received from casely. I posted this exact same version of my review on the Casely website. I will also add that I did recieve a full refund on my order, but I'm still disappointed that these battery cases were so low quality and didn't even last a week.

Pricey and ware down really fast. Customer service was meh
