SCAM!! ZERO STARS! I bought two cases from here and they don’t fit. I contacted support, they asked for proof of phone size, I gave it to them, and they said it was a “manufacturing issue”. Now they are refusing to give me a refund. I don’t believe the manufacturer can mess up two different cases. Never buy Casely!!

I dropped my phone once with the case on and my phone shattered completely on the back :(

Caley phone cases are terrible. I have tried multiple cases. Most cases will not charge my iPhone with my Apple iPhone wireless charger so I have to take the phone case off. I have also had a black phone case that leaked the dye all over my charger, my hands, my purse and Caley did not care. Spend your money elsewhere on a different case. Do not try this company.

I made a purchase last week and their payment system said the payment didn’t process. I made a 2nd attempt and two payments were processed. I reached out to Casely and provided proof of the double payment and they denied me. I received only the one order, not two. Their customer service is as useless as an ashtray on a motorcycle. I would not buy from this company. I asked to return their items as I wish to no longer support their business and I was only offered an exchange. BS of a company. I will post bad reviews everywhere possible to reach any potential victims of their scam.

Over 2 weeks after ordering still haven’t received my case. Contacted the company but they are refusing to do anything because it’s stalled in shipping ( over 2 weeks??)

If I could give zero stars, I would. Casely is a clown show masquerading as a business. I ordered two simple cases. Not custom. Not engraved. Just two basic-ass cases. And SIX. WHOLE. DAYS. later, they still haven’t even shipped them. All I have is a fake-ass tracking number that says “label created” which means they printed the sticker and then did absolutely NOTHING. It’s giving: “we don’t care and we hope you forget.” Customer service? A joke. Slow, useless, and full of passive aggressive copy and paste garbage trying to blame USPS. Don’t insult me, the post office can’t lose a package you never actually handed over. The label is sitting in your dusty ass warehouse while someone’s scrolling TikTok instead of packing orders. Why advertise “ships in 1 business day” if you don’t stand by it? That’s false advertising. Straight up. You're not fast. You’re not reliable. You're not even honest. You’re a cheap Instagram brand with cute marketing and zero accountability. All style, no substance. All caps, no case. This company clearly doesn’t respect customers, doesn’t honor their word, and doesn’t deliver, literally. I’m convinced if I hadn’t emailed, they’d still be sitting on my order. Save yourself the stress and shop literally anywhere else. Casely is trash-tier. Period.

I love Casely cases, but their airpod case is IMPOSSIBLE to remove. I tried the marker, knife and heat methods - nothing. I finally had to cut it off - what a pain. Cute cases but not worth it! Find another case!

The smooth surface of the case makes it slippery, and I often feel like I need to hold my phone with extra care to prevent it from slipping out of my hands. Additionally, the case doesn’t fit tightly around the phone, which caused my screen protector to crack after a fall down a steep hill. To make matters worse, the case itself chipped when it fell out of my pocket, highlighting its lack of durability. If you’re looking for a stylish phone case, this one might suit your needs, but be cautious—it may not provide the best protection for your phone. Consider it more for looks than for functionality or reliability. However, after revisiting their website, I noticed my review wasn’t posted—even though newer reviews have been uploaded since. This makes me question the transparency and trustworthiness of this business. If they choose to hide honest feedback, it suggests they prioritize appearances over genuinely addressing customer concerns. For that reason, I can no longer trust this company and would not recommend their products.
