GetBubuDudu.com [Official Store]Reviews of getbubududu.com

I ordered plushies from this company and it was completely different from what is advertised. On their website, they claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, but all they did was give you a discount to buy another plushie, which appears to be a complete scam. I really hope they revise their website and claims so there will be less victims like me that continue to struggle dealing with them.

The plushies I received neither matched the product photos in appearance nor in quality. I tried contacting the shop multiple times but never received a response. Thanks to PayPal Buyer Protection I was able to get my money back, but the process took two months. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop.

Beautiful products

I bought the Bubu Dudu bear and panda plush set for my girlfriend's birthday, and she absolutely LOVED them! The quality is amazing - super soft fabric and the stitching is perfect. They arrived in just 10 days with free shipping. The size is exactly as described (32cm) and they look even cuter in person than in the photos. My girlfriend now sleeps with them every night. Totally worth the price during the sale!

I had the worst online shopping experience of my life on their website. Please read ALL my review, because things get worse as the story goes on. I wanted to buy Peach & Goma plushies, so, on June the 14th, I went to the website peachgomashop.com. I purchased the two plushies and, just to be safe, I decided to contact customer service on WhatsApp. After sending a message, I noticed that the customer service person was the same as for the website getbubududu.com, which I am writing this review about. In fact, they handle both the Bubu & Dudu merchandise and the Peach & Goma merchandise. So, I made the payment, but after a few days I received an email saying that the plushies I had selected were not available in stock at that time. The customer service person then told me that they were out of stock but gave me a code that would cover the full amount of my purchase to use for a new order on their site. I tried entering the code several times, but it said it was invalid. The customer service person then told me they would ship a new order as soon as the plushies became available again. A few more days passed and eventually they shipped a new package (obviously for free). After about ten days from the new shipping, I received it, but inside there were not the Peach &Goma plushies I had specifically ordered from the dedicated site for Peach & Goma (still managed by the same people behind Bubu & Dudu). Instead, I received Bubu & Dudu plushies, so naturally I was unhappy with the service, as I had ordered two specific plushies and I received two completely different ones. The customer service person told me they would send me another package for free, without charging me again, as is only fair, and this time he assured me it would be 100% the Peach & Goma kittens. This new package was shipped on July 9th, but I noticed it was taking much longer than usual to arrive. From July 15th onwards, I could no longer track the package at all. By the end of July, after another 15 days of having no updates, I asked the costumer service person if he could provide any clarification or, in case the package had been lost, refund the amount I had originally spent on their site. At that point, he simply stopped replying. He read my messages but didn’t respond, even though he had previously written that if I had any issues with this package, he would 100% refund me. Since he was reading but not replying, I messaged him again the next day asking for a response, but he continued to read without answering. After over a whole month of waiting, I finally received the Peach and Goma plushies on August the 12th. However, I can’t believe that, after waiting all that time, inside the package there were 2 low-budget, poor-quality knockoffs compared to the ones shown on their website. The photos of Peach & Goma on their peachgomashop.com site are clearly different from the ones I received: it’s obvious the ones I got were uglier and of lower quality than the ones pictured online. So this is, in every sense, a scam, because I paid for products based on the photos shown, but I received different items. After the previous mentioned several weeks of being ignored, I asked one last time for a refund, but the costumer service person continued to read my messages without replying. Therefore, I was forced to write this review to warn all of you: THE PEOPLE BEHIND THIS SITE ARE SCAMMERS WHO WILL STOP REPLYING THE MOMENT YOU MENTION A POSSIBLE REFUND. Stay away from them: they may seem friendly, but they are NOT. I still haven’t received my money back and probably never will, but I beg you to not buy anything from the website getbubududu.com and also from the peachgomashop.com one.

From the moment we slipped into our matching Bubu Dudu hoodies, we were hooked. The fabric? Cloud-soft. The fit? Perfectly oversized. The vibe? Cozy couple goals. Whether we’re binge-watching shows or grabbing coffee, we’re always twinning—and loving it. 10/10 would recommend for any couple who wants to wear their love (literally).

I ordered the Bubu Dudu men’s boxers just to try something new, and I’m genuinely impressed. They’re not only comfortable for daily use, but the playful print makes me smile every time I put them on. The waistband is snug but not tight, and the fabric feels high-quality. It’s a great way to add a little fun to your routine.

I bought a pair of the Bubu Dudu briefs as a joke gift for my boyfriend, but he actually loves them! The material is super soft and the fit is perfect. The cartoon print of Bubu handing Dudu a flower is just adorable. He wears them all the time now. Honestly, I ended up ordering a pair for myself too. Great quality and a fun surprise!
