My order never arrived! I Had asked several times, no response from them

I ordered the Bubu and Dudu plush toys based on the product photos shown on their website. After nearly three weeks of waiting, the items finally arrived... and the difference between what was advertised and what was actually delivered is night and day. The received products are severely understuffed, misshapen, and bear almost no resemblance to the advertised photos. The quality is so poor that I would describe them as a cheap knockoff of what was shown. I contacted their support immediately with photo evidence comparing the advertised product to what I received. That was several days ago. I have not received a single response. No refund offer. No replacement. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Based on my experience: the product listing is misleading, the quality is unacceptable, and the customer service is non-existent. I have contacted my credit card provider to explore my options and will be escalating this matter further if no resolution is offered. I bought a knockoff version from Aliexpress for less than half the price and they have much better quality and are much closer to what's advertised. Buyer beware. # EDIT 2026-05-28 Their response claims they are unable to locate my order and invites me to contact their support. Yet I did exactly that over a week ago, well before this review was posted. My email has been met with complete silence ever since. Responding publicly on Trustpilot while ignoring direct support emails is a textbook pattern of shops that prioritize appearances over actually resolving issues. To make matters worse: since filing my complaint, I have started receiving unsolicited newsletters from this shop, despite never having opted in to any marketing communications. Make of that what you will. My experience stands as described.

Do not purchase anything from this company. The products appear fake, and when you try to request a refund, they don’t respond to emails. There’s no legitimate phone number to contact them either. Save your money and avoid the headache.

Reachout about and order placed a month ago and I have had no response, or updates on my order. I've sent emails, messaged the chat bot and any other avenues with no replys.

I’m thinking I’ve been scammed! Ordered a sweatshirt he said it was out for delivery. They said the first delivery was a failed attempt that my ZIP Code was incorrect. I checked my ZIP Code and it was correct and I even reiterated that to them. They said the second delivery attempt had fail failed as well, which I don’t believe is true. I don’t even think they tried. I confirmed my address three times. When I reach out to customer support, I get no answer. I’m looking for a refund that I feel that may never come. Stay away from this company! If they happen to reach out and correct the issue, I will change my review but as of now it stands “Buyer Beware!”

I didn’t expect a plush toy to mean this much. I bought the Bubu Dudu plush just because it looked cute, but the moment I hugged it, something clicked. Its softness and calm expression instantly made me feel relaxed, like a quiet comfort waiting for me after a long day. Now it’s always by my side-on my bed, during stressful nights, or when I just need a little warmth. It’s not just a plush anymore; it’s a small reminder of comfort, happiness, and simple joy I didn’t know I needed.

My wife loves the Bubu Dudu characters . I wanted to create a bespoke story that was personal to us . The team were great and Emmy was fantastic in making sure we got exactly what we wanted.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – COMPLETE SCAM AND NON EXISTANT - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered what I believed to be a family box of Bubu & Dudu from their online store. Instead, I received just a single tiny box containing two cheap plastic figurines no bigger than a 20 cent coin. This is NOT what I paid for. Since last year, I have sent multiple emails requesting help and clarification about my order. I even contacted a customer service rep named Emma on WhatsApp. She promised they were reviewing my order and assured me I would get an answer “by next Monday.” Months have gone by with repeated “next Mondays” and still no response. Despite my MANY continued follow-ups, all messages have been ignored or left unanswered. It’s obvious there is no intention to resolve this issue whatsoever and no chance of any refund. The lack of accountability and communication is outrageous. This company is clearly operating as scammers, misleading customers with false product descriptions and then disappearing when problems or questions arise. Do yourself a favor: NEVER buy from this seller! They don’t know the meaning of honoring their orders, they don’t respond to inquiries, and they have ZERO customer support service available. Let this be a powerful warning to you - If you value your money and time, avoid them at all costs. This morning they posted a reply below saying I don’t exist- well I can assure you that I was a scammed customer from Australia who purchased from them and got no customer assistance from these crooked operators once they had my money- so please be warned. I told them I’d leave them honest reviews for their dishonest service. They cant get away with it.
