The bubu and dudu plushies are so nice, cute and lovely. They look so heartwarming. For me, the beloved cartoon bears came to life. Also the customer support is great, good job !

Customer service is absolutely amazing and quick , the quality of the personalised videos are breathtaking. I'm so grateful

I ordered the Bubu Dudu Christmas plush as a holiday decoration and gift, and I'm absolutely delighted with it! The quality exceeded my expectations - the fabric is incredibly soft and plush, and the festive Christmas details are so well-made. The stitching is perfect, and you can tell this is a premium product. The Christmas-themed design is adorable without being over the top. It arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The size was exactly as described on the website, and it looks even cuter in person than in the photos. I love displaying it during the holiday season, and it brings such a cheerful, cozy vibe to my room. It also makes the perfect gift for any Bubu Dudu fan. Shipping was reasonable, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add some festive cuteness to their collection or give a thoughtful gift this Christmas season!

I got the Bubu Dudu keychain and it’s honestly the perfect size. It’s super detailed and feels really well made. I’ve had it on my backpack for weeks now and it still looks brand new. Every time someone sees it they ask where I got it!

I had issues placing my order and ended up sending it to the wrong address. Emmy from their costumer service was there right away and absolutely saved the day! Professional, patient and extremely helpful!

I recently got my Bubu Dudu plush, and it’s honestly one of the cutest and softest plushies I’ve ever owned! The quality is amazing — the stitching, fabric, and overall craftsmanship feel premium and built to last. You can tell this company really cares about the details and about spreading happiness through their adorable designs. What made my experience great was how easy it was to order and how quickly it arrived, perfectly packaged and ready to gift (though I kept it for myself 😄). The plush itself is super cuddly, with just the right amount of fluff — it’s perfect for kids, collectors, or anyone who loves cute, comforting plushies. I also love how Get Bubu Dudu keeps adding new plushies and accessories — it makes the whole brand feel fun and full of personality. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into quality and design rather than just making another generic plush toy. If I had to suggest anything, it’d just be to keep expanding the collection — I’d definitely buy more styles and themed versions! Overall, a delightful experience from start to finish — highly recommend for anyone looking for something adorable, cozy, and well-made. 💖

Placed an order on Oct 16th. No email for an update. No tracking number was sent out. No customer service response. For the past week I have been attempting to email the support email, and I have been trying to reach them via chat on the website and each time I am prompted with no agents available. This site is fraud, products are sketchy and they will take your money without sending anything. Beware. Do not order from them. After more than 2 weeks I have no response. No item. I will file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

The product itself was fine. It didn't look like the promotional ad I saw, but it wasn't entirely horrible. I give it 2 stars mostly because of the customer service. The person I was talking to was fine, but their entire system seemed extremely sketchy. Their official customer service phone number doesn't work and its an Indian voicemail. The area code for the phone number is also a prime Hotspot for scam callers (Google their area code and you'll fine find multiple results). The shipping company that was used for my product was an Indian shipping company that has multiple reviews for being not trustworthy. There were a lot of red flags ordering from this site, but the final product itself was legit.
