Took longer than expected for delivery. Quality looks good. Adapters are a nice touch. Well thought out and practical tool. Surprised it took so long to develop. I’ve been in mechanics for 60+ years and could have used one of these years ago.

Ordered July 3. Paid $69. Delivery is very slow. Bolthero reps tell me they dont know the carrier. (Sounds like BS). It been 4 weeks. Still not here. Request for refund denied. Scam!!!!! DO NOT BUY!! Im am a paying customer. I have been in touch with your customer service, which just tells me 'sorry, just keep waiting'. Talk to your customer rep. She knows I'm pissed.
