Shorty, sorry to hear of your frustration with your booking experience. Our cancellation policy is disclosed in writing to all guests before we take payment or request confirmation for a reservation. Once your reservation was booked so close to your travel dates, our company is responsible for paying for it. That is the reason for the policy.

In researching the issue, it does not seem that we were contacted to help resolve the room issue when you were on your vacation. Please contact us so we may attempt to make things right.

Our intention is to never have a situation such as yours, as our goal is to provide a great vacation value and experience to all of our travelers. This is why we provide all of the terms of the offer in writing and have them electronically signed by all of our clients prior to taking payment or confirming the reservation. In this case, they were presented to you and electronically signed. The terms clearly state that the offer is not for group travel, and that violating the terms of the offer results in a penalty charged which was assessed to you as provided in the terms you agreed to. The penalty charged is not a profit for our company, it is to recoup the potential loss we experience when a client is disqualified for not abiding by the terms. Unfortunately, even though you did receive those terms and sign them, you did have a family member book a package and travel on the same dates in violation of the agreement. We will certainly review the issue internally in regards to the style and tone of communication from our member of management. We agree, a professional approach, even in stressful situations is a must in dealing with customers.
