Very poor customer service. Degrading
Not sure what the problem is with your company but you guys are rude very rude. I like every American is struggling due to our own government and Society and get a simple getaway you guys made it harder to even get an approval let alone knowing about active programs.

Hi Kenneth. No doubt folks are struggling, and we most certainly sympathize with that. However due to it's promotional nature, our offers do have qualifications that must be met in order to be eligible to receive the discount. We will have someone reach out to see if there is anything further we can do to help.
