Amazing product and amazing company
I had ordered these drops for 2 out of 12 of my dogs. These drops are amazing!! They were truly helping clear the cloudiness that had started. Unfortunately I suddenly became unemployed and in all the stress of such I had forgotten about my order being regenerated.. This company went beyond to help me. And as soon as I'm employed again I will most definitely be ordering again. Amazing product and an amazing company!!!

I don’t know if it’s going to work as I…Rosie’s eyes
I don’t know if it’s going to work as I just started it this morning I have my fingers crossed, I think customer service does a great job in answering all my questions and concerns.

excellent customer service
This company has excellent customer service. The tracking of my package was amazing although it did take a little long to arrive. When the package did arrive one of the droppers on the bottles had expanded and was damaged, I sent them an email with pictures and they had a replacement ordered and shipped the next day! As for the product, I’m hoping it works as well as it says but it’s only been a few days. I will say my 10yr old lab seems to like it, I give it to her with her dinner and she eats it up, it hasn’t caused any tummy issues for her either.

Customer Service is AMAZING!!!
I can't say this product works for eyesight because I had to put my lab down two days before the product arrived in the mail. What I can say is that they accepted the product back and refunded my money. They were genuinely sympathetic regarding the loss of my beloved lab. The customer service was very easy to work with and if I ever need this product again ( I hope I don't) for either of my other two dogs, I will not hesitate in getting some. The feeling I got in working with them is that their concern is for the dogs they are helping, not the money they are making. Just my opinion, for whatever that's worth.

From the moment I talk to customer…
From the moment I talk to customer service to the next day when they inform me that my package was on its way . The clarity was perfect They were comprehensive. They were polite courteous and they made sure I comprehended everything we were discussing. I'm actually happy because they answered me almost immediately back and they let me know that they were out of stock and I was on the list as soon as they had their stock back they would ship my purchase out to me immediately and within I would say 36 hours I was emailed to be informed my package was on its way. Also I realize that they must have done a speedy shipping because as a fact my package should be here tomorrow, it's been 3 days since I contacted support.

I can 't say this is a scam, because my dogs' eyes have gotten better. However I can't seem to contact them.

honestly it does work as told .i continue to buy 3 more because i have 2 dogs with cloudy eyes.It gradually get better every day.In fact you can see improvement at first week
