When I only purchased one bottle
When I only purchased one bottle, I got a call from one of your people (sorry, I think it was Eric). He wanted to offer me a discount to get more bottles, as it generally takes 3 months to achieve optimal results. I shared my concern and he offered to hold the discount for when I was ready.

I haven’t received my product yet
I haven’t received my product yet. But after seeing some reviews about customer service. My experience with customer service has been great.. I had an issue and, in less than 24hours I received an e-mail from the company.. So far, so good..

I ordered & received your product but I…
I ordered & received your product but I couldn’t get any information from your website so I’m not currently using it. My question was would I use it for my 3year old Yorkie? He doesn’t have cloudy eyes but he has tears.

Really believe it is working.
I ordered this product a few weeks ago and was pleased to see they had decent prices and good subscription options. Came very fast. As for the product, I honestly believe it has started working already and did so within the first week. One eye of one of my dogs was looking very "blue" and she always had what I called " crusty eye gook". I swear the cataract not only stopped growing, it looks like it has improved and the gook in here eyes is almost gone. And I am still on the first bottle. I cannot get to put under her tongue so I just add it to her food once a day and it doesn't seem to interfere with her appetite either. I would highly recommend this product and are considering starting her littermate on it as a prevention.

Ordered a product that I couldn't use
Ordered a product that I couldn't use. Company went out of their way to make the return process as easy as possible and was very understanding as to the reason I could not use the product.

Honest company
I have had a very hard time getting my first order. Aurapets has bent over backwards to help me. They refunded the money for my first order and I reordered and it was here in no time. They are an honest company. I’ve many questions and they are always answered in a timely fashion!
