By far the WoRST !! If you’re intrested in factoring with them DO NOT‼️ let this be your WARNIIING‼️ they have the WORST‼️ customer service they hire cheap labor out of the Philippines to do all their dirty work and I feel bad for there pore staff they work so hard to do their job whole heartedly just to earn Pennie’s on the dollar on top of that they feel they’re doing their job because of all of their daily manipulation meetings they have before they deal with their clients I have tried to compromise and be happy despite of all the bullshit they have put me and my company threw, first it was them not telling me about the ucc hold they put on my business but then I compromised and was understanding then when I made some decent Money they changed my rates lately they’ve gotten a new verifier who is now in charge of the factoring and the moment they see a volume go up they find reasons to up charge you and change your factoring rates along with sending you daily recoursed load threats asking you to do Their job for them or else, then they expect for me help them and contact the broker for them when they’re the ones you’ve hired not the other way around 😂 the lack of decency I swear total unprofessional they are never available to communicate when you ask to speak with a superior supervisor or someone in charge and the customer service agents don’t know anything and can’t do anything either there’s a lady from the billing team named Heidi and a guy named Mitchell behind the scenes and they hide behind their customer service agents and their so called account managers while their in Utah relaxing at home running their criminal organization that they’ve put in place in a 3rd world country in the 1 year I’ve factored with them I’ve experienced more than one sticky situation every time I tried to brake away from them they threaten me by saying I signed a 2 year contract when I was bamboozled into thinking it was a 1 year contract after signing they said there was a mistake and then they resubmit documents and when they get your signature your contract all of a sudden is now for 2 years they went from saying it cost $2500 to have them release the ucc they placed on my business so I stayed and compromised again to avoid bad blood after supposibly fixing things to stealing from my business and charging my debit card without my authorization and yesterday they said it’s now $5,000 dollars to be released from the ucc they selfishly and carelessly inconvenience my entire fleet by deactivating my fuel cards because it was maxed out on the credit line and when I call to pay and reactivate the cards they mislead me by saying they’re now active and I can use them but forgot to mention that they will unlawfully charge my debit card $500 without my consent or authorization because it was before the cut off time when they could of just rolled that over into my credit line for the following week on top of that they also mislead you by promising their same day wire transfer service then they send you your money another whole different way to offset they’re system without communicating anything to you and you’re just having to put up with it tiiiime after tiiiime it’s SO ANNOYING ‼️, Again they’re the WORST‼️ when it comes to communicating and customer service you can never speak with someone in charge because they hide and have all their little puppets doing all of their shadiness I feel bad for the poor lady that they’ve assigned to me as my account manger her name is Nelly shoutout to her she’s really a nice person that can be GREAT AT times YET FAILS TO SEE HOW SHES A VICTEM OF LABOR ABUSE they pay her peanuts litterally a pore foreign girl from the Philippines THAT MAKES LIKE $5.00 a day or maybe a week who knows but they take advantage of her and their entire staff to the point where her health has been effected and they clearly have some type of malpractice and labor abuse that’s going on she does so much to provide a good customer service and works her butt off for them yet out of necessity she can’t even see and realize the type of criminal organization she works for unfortunately yet she’s openly confessed to me how stressful her job can be and how it’s effected her heart NOT COOL if you ask me No remorse or compassion at all for either their staff or their clients I try to be happy but after so many failures to communicate and to deliver what they promise I will be seeking to factor elsewhere I’m over it and I will also be seeking legal advice and might just compromise some more just to build me a stronger case these are crooks don’t waste your time factoring with them ‼️period‼️

Serah was very helpful and had an amazing experience and she made everything very easy.
