Hi, I called Fleetsmarts to activate a fuel card for my business. Lucky Dog Freight LLC.. JEAN was attentive, professional and knowledgeable about setting up/updating my account. Jean also explained the factoring and dispatch tools available . I am waiting on a call back from Hazel to set those options up for LDF. Jeans patience and pleasant demeanor was a highlight of my day. I am not a high tech guy. I need a person to explain things to me from time to time. I am happy to say I will be using Fleetsmart for my A. FuelCards B. Factoring C. Dispatch If all of your Service Representatives are like Jean I will be a loyal customer from this point on.
