Worst pans ever…
I purchased direct from get-titancore website. These pans are some of the worst I’ve ever used. I purchased the Titanium Pan Pro as well as a TitanCore PureClad. Firstly the Titanium Pan Pro - advertised as “no chemical coatings” - it comes with a poorly applied and non uniform sprayed transparent coating that doesn’t wash off. Also advertised as “hammered” surface - it is clearly pattern pressed. PureClad - doesn’t look anything like the images advertised- everything sticks - the “non stick coating” is etched into the pan itself which means everything sticks and it is very hard to clean. Also is a very flimsy pan with sharp edges on the handle. They also advertise 3-5 day shipping - ours took 2 weeks. In general: stay away. Edit: I had already sent 3x support enquiries prior to receiving the below response to this review. I only got a response at the same as the response to this review. I will update again if they respond. Edit 2: I got 2 responses from titan core: the first said there was a factory protective coating and I needed to heat up the pan to remove, a second one says is no coating. I’m very dissatisfied. I will be reporting titancore to the ACCC for false advertising.
