Taken a while to learn how to cook with my frypan. The heat transfer is really quick and its great cooking on the lower heat especially for big steaks. I did expect a higher level of non stick performance, dont expect your eggs to slide around the pan. Maybe my expectations were too high. Cleaning is easy though, a quick soak and it cleans up nicely.
