The idea of it is good but it is full of flaws.
The idea of it is good: an AI doing the work for you. But here is the reality of this product: 1. The AI hallucinates and does not remember things it just did in the same chat. Even ChatGPT remembers what was done in the same chat, but Ryze does not. 2. It is supposed to be well trained to recommend what you need to do and create a strategy for your campaign, but it does not. It is like a worker that you need to tell what to do. It does suggest things here and there, but it feels automated. There is no dashboard to accurately see what is going on in the campaign. Every time, you need to ask or use their preset prompts. 3. It even reports wrong information to you. In its recommendation, it says a campaign is paused when it is not. Then, when told it is wrong, it says, “I apologize, I made a mistake.” This is a huge red flag. If it can make mistakes this easily, it can affect people’s campaigns and spending. Is it ready to be sold to customers? Absolutely not. They should have fixed all these issues before launching the product.
