From the very first login and sign-up, this platform was riddled with problems. It failed to connect to my site, then repeatedly asked me for a password to log in even though I hadn't set one. It took several emails to resolve because their support team insisted that I had created a password when I hadn't. Once I finally gained access, the problems continued. The platform performed an audit that identified faults and issues that didn't actually exist. Some of its recommendations were nonsensical, including suggestions to change page titles to exactly the same titles they already had. Its own AI eventually admitted that a proper audit hadn't even been carried out and acknowledged that this was a major flaw in the product. The articles it generated were an absolute joke. The suggested topics were ridiculous, the content was extremely thin, and the writing was full of grammatical errors and sentences that didn't even make sense. A six-year-old could write better. This platform has a very long way to go before it should even be considering launching, let alone charging people for it.

Had a demo and sorry to say but the rep didn't really know much, so was asked to book a follow up meeting. Follow up meeting booked, rep no showed, and no reply to email.

I signed up expecting reliable conversion tracking and reporting, but after manually reviewing the actual leads and conversions, the numbers reported inside the platform were significantly inaccurate. The dashboard showed a much lower number of conversions than what actually occurred, which creates major trust issues when you're making marketing and budget decisions based on the data provided. For marketers and business owners, accurate attribution and reporting are critical. Unfortunately, my experience was that the analytics and conversion data were not dependable enough to confidently rely on.
