About Germanshop24

GermanShop24 is a family owned business and was founded in 2007 by Stefan Kuehnert - originally as a hobby. We started selling over the internet in September 2007 after setting up the very first version of our online shop. The assortment back then was just about 250 products, but still we got in the first order just 2 days after the initial launch. During the following months, orders slightly increased to 5-6 orders per week and there was not much progress in 2008.In 2009 Katrin Kuehnert joined the team and we started to expand our assortment. At the end of 2009 we offered about 2000 different items - all available to be ordered. Orders also went up in 2009 to about 30 per week.In the years between 2010 and 2015 we nearly doubled our revenue each year and we now have a yearly sales volume of about $1.5 Million making us one of the leading online shops for German food world wide, even though we are specialized in shipping to the US.In 2015 we expended our business and now serving wholesalers in different countries including the US and China. We offer air and sea freight service for wholesalers and take care about fulfilling all legal requirements for the destination countries.

After placing my order at 22:00 I found …
After placing my order at 22:00 I found some more items I wanted. So the next morning I called costumer service and left a message. Promptly I got a call back from Svenja ,who was so very nice and helpful, she added my other purchases to my order. It wasn't even an hour later that she called back to tell me that they had already packed my original order and was waiting for shipping on a pallet they couldn't add my new few items to it. Boy was I disappointed, just another example of German efficiency. With an American company it wouldn't have been packed already. A few hours later Svenja called back to tell me that while loading the FedEx truck one of the workers noticed my package and pulled it to the side so that they could add my extra items. WOW, was I impressed!!! I do not think a American worker would have even bothered. KUDOS to the whole German shop 24 team. "OUTSTANDING work "and excellent customer service. Svenja was so nice and efficient, you have the right person for the job. I will definitely order again and recommend your company to all my friends especially to my German in America group on Facebook. Thank you again for helping me surprise my kids for Easter.

Best German product Company ever !!
I have been shopping with this company for a few years now and I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of just 5! Too bad I didn't discover them sooner ?!! My shopping experience is ALWAYS great and I order a lot each time. Great customer service, absolutely outstanding packaging, fast delivery and the packages arrive in perfect condition each time. Their prices are great too. Much cheaper than from the competition out there. Also the items come with a long expiration date each time which is very important for me since I order a lot :-)) Overall an outstanding company! I have referred them to all my friends!!
