About Germanshop24

GermanShop24 is a family owned business and was founded in 2007 by Stefan Kuehnert - originally as a hobby. We started selling over the internet in September 2007 after setting up the very first version of our online shop. The assortment back then was just about 250 products, but still we got in the first order just 2 days after the initial launch. During the following months, orders slightly increased to 5-6 orders per week and there was not much progress in 2008.In 2009 Katrin Kuehnert joined the team and we started to expand our assortment. At the end of 2009 we offered about 2000 different items - all available to be ordered. Orders also went up in 2009 to about 30 per week.In the years between 2010 and 2015 we nearly doubled our revenue each year and we now have a yearly sales volume of about $1.5 Million making us one of the leading online shops for German food world wide, even though we are specialized in shipping to the US.In 2015 we expended our business and now serving wholesalers in different countries including the US and China. We offer air and sea freight service for wholesalers and take care about fulfilling all legal requirements for the destination countries.

Amazing site.
Great customer service and great products, quick delivery. Everything was perfect. I shared with my family and now they are going crazy on the website as well hahahahahah LOVE ITTTTTTTTTT love to bring a piece home here to the US

Great Online Store to purchase German Products with delivery to the USA
Great selection of German groceries! Only thing missing - for me - is some nice Currywurst like CurryKing and others :-) Shipping is always safe and quick and all goods are fresh with no short expiration dates. Shipping charges are reasonable considering it's a FEDEX delivery. Great to have this option for buying German food and other items year around without the need to jump on a plane!

If you miss German goodies so far from home...
"Super online store with a large selection of all the German goodies you miss, so far from home. I have never had a bad experience with GermanShop24. All items arrive in great condition and in a timely manner. The packaging is meticulous and all items are extra protected in bubble wrap. I never received broken items. Every process, from ordering to dispatch was smooth. The customer service is excellent and they helped me really quickly if I did not know further. Super fast shipping with FEDEX. I am impressed that everything you order comes directly and fresh from Germany. All items are pre-registered with customs so there is no work to be done. I paid a reasonable price for the postage which is actually much cheaper than with DHL from Germany. To all the people who are always upset and complaining about the postage - send yourself a small package from the U.S. to Germany and you will see just how expensive it is and how long it takes to arrive! You really shouldn't be complaining about postage if you have never even used their service before. Anyway - best of all is the free shipping option they have. As long as you do not exceed 10kg per order you will get FREE SHIPPING by GermanShop24. I would think that this is a great deal. All in all a super online store with great shopping experience. I can highly recommend their services and products."

Shipping fees are very reasonable
Shipping fees are very reasonable, unfortunately on my second order, the milka cream eggs were completely damaged even though they were in a cardboard case. A loss of $7, I just won't order chocolate items any longer. Other than that the packaging is very good. Even the porcelain cups did not break. I love germanshop24.

i was worried my chocolates would be …
i was worried my chocolates would be melted coming all the way from Germany. Not so . Everything arrived safely packaged, very quick. the prices were very good too - you have a new customer now. glad i discovered your shop.
