GermanShop24 is a family owned business and was founded in 2007 by Stefan Kuehnert - originally as a hobby. We started selling over the internet in September 2007 after setting up the very first version of our online shop. The assortment back then was just about 250 products, but still we got in the first order just 2 days after the initial launch. During the following months, orders slightly increased to 5-6 orders per week and there was not much progress in 2008.In 2009 Katrin Kuehnert joined the team and we started to expand our assortment. At the end of 2009 we offered about 2000 different items - all available to be ordered. Orders also went up in 2009 to about 30 per week.In the years between 2010 and 2015 we nearly doubled our revenue each year and we now have a yearly sales volume of about $1.5 Million making us one of the leading online shops for German food world wide, even though we are specialized in shipping to the US.In 2015 we expended our business and now serving wholesalers in different countries including the US and China. We offer air and sea freight service for wholesalers and take care about fulfilling all legal requirements for the destination countries.

Love this store because they have a good selection of both Ritter Sport and Milka chocolate. Orders get to you relatively quickly considering they are traveling overseas and during COVID19. I've never had a problem and they have a good selection. Please make sure you don't confuse them with German Delistore which is awful and tried to charge $90 because they got into a fight with FedEx. Use GermanShop24!

The shipping was very prompt. However, they initially sent me the wrong items. I had ordered two bottles of Alpecin Hybrid Shampoo, and they sent me the Alpecin Hybrid Liquid tonic instead. They quickly rectified this though and sent me the correct items at no charge. Both shipments arrived very fast. These were coming from Germany, and they arrived within a week or so each time. Also, their prices are the best I have been able to find online for the stuff I was looking for. Will definitely order from them again.

I Recieved my order and was missing 1 item.I have called the number on the website and left messages but have yet to receive a call back so yes I am a bit disappointed that I spent all this money and and I can't get anyone to call so I can get my Item shipped or refunded. The items I did receive were perfect. I was contacted by Germanshop24 and did receive a refund. Thank 3for such a fast response.

As a German there are a few things I really miss in the States: Preserving sugar for strawberries, vanilla sugars, baking aroma (rum, butter vanilla and bitter almond. I know the American extracts but the aroma I grew up with is very potent and smooth) and tampons without applicators- o.b.! Browsing through Amazon I found some retailers selling items. Since Amazon cashes a bit as a third party service, prices are a little higher than the retailers offer on their website directly. I took some time and reviewed different websites. Not only did I compare prices in general but also shipping cost, shipping time and the variety you can get. Germanshop24 is clearly the best option. My box arrived in less than a week from Germany (my preserving sugar had a tear but not to much spilled- annoying but not the end of the world). The packaging was good, the aroma that comes in tiny glass vials had a multilayered bubble wrap coating. All was snug fit, not only environment friendly, it also reduces shipping cost. The products on the website are fairly priced especially when having in mind that many retailers offer German offbrand products for almost 10 times the amount it would go for in the discounter store. I know the German prices, so comparing is easy for myself, others ("foreigners") might think they found a good deal while overpaying the product's worth. It might also cause confusion if you compare with US brands. Vanilla extract for example is around 4-5$, the aroma goes for about a Euro in the store. Exchange rates do the rest. So yes, this team does a wonderful job and they offer an exceptional service! I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, order arrived within 5 business days to New Jersey, was packaged very well (appropriate use of bubble wrap where needed), and the items I ordered matched what was advertised 1-to-1. Adding to that the fair pricing I'll definitely continue buying here.
