GermanShop24 is a family owned business and was founded in 2007 by Stefan Kuehnert - originally as a hobby. We started selling over the internet in September 2007 after setting up the very first version of our online shop. The assortment back then was just about 250 products, but still we got in the first order just 2 days after the initial launch. During the following months, orders slightly increased to 5-6 orders per week and there was not much progress in 2008.In 2009 Katrin Kuehnert joined the team and we started to expand our assortment. At the end of 2009 we offered about 2000 different items - all available to be ordered. Orders also went up in 2009 to about 30 per week.In the years between 2010 and 2015 we nearly doubled our revenue each year and we now have a yearly sales volume of about $1.5 Million making us one of the leading online shops for German food world wide, even though we are specialized in shipping to the US.In 2015 we expended our business and now serving wholesalers in different countries including the US and China. We offer air and sea freight service for wholesalers and take care about fulfilling all legal requirements for the destination countries.

Absolutely thrilled to be able to buy products from Germany at such great prices! My package arrived in just days in such terrific condition. So impressed! The cost of shipping is so reasonable! 100% HAPPY!

My mom is German, and she found this website and shared it with me. I lived in Germany when my dad was stationed over there for a few years. I loved the food! I have been back several times and always eat way too much! Now I can order from the US! I was amazed at how quickly the order arrived. I was apprehensive because of all the supply change issues that my order would take forever. It came in 3-4 days! The company wrapped everything in bubble wrap, and nothing was damaged. Not even the fragile pound cakes I ordered!! I will definitely be ordering regularly! It is so nice to be able to get authentic German food whenever I want now!

I have been ordering from this shop for some time now. My order is always placed, packaged and shipped quickly and efficiently. Recently, I contacted the shop about a couple of problems with items I had ordered and I received a quick response, and they addressed the problem quickly and appropriately.

I love shopping their website, so easy and efficient to navigate , my order comes so fast, I can't believe it half the time. They replied to an e-mail I send pretty fast as well (had a question). I have ordered from them at least 3 times in the last year and a half! I highly recommend them.

When our first order did not arrive in good condition(all melted together and discolored) the team there immediately resent the entire order. That order arrived in good condition. This store, fortunately, is one of a very few that is still carrying dark chocolate covered gingerbread by Bahlsen. Please continue to do so.

Third shipment I received. First order was as a surprise from my son. I am very happy that I finally can eat my Schokomüsli von der Firma Kölln again. Speedy, reliable, awesome customer service. They make it right if something does go wrong. I don’t know how they literally can ship as fast as they do. Thank you!
