Start to finish, best service in auto repair since 1971, you know, when business staff members gave 110% to make sure everything was done right... and guaranteed. Outstanding communication, clearly stated description of repairs, text or phone notification of completion of each phase of work, Golden Buzzer for work completed a day before promised completion date. Car looks brand new - no "settling" for something less than 100% !!!

I just picked up my 1996 Saturn SC2 that had some damage repaired by Gerber. They were so friendly and easy to work with and went out of their way to find the out-it date parts that it took to fix it. I'm especially happy with their staff. They're always friendly and easy to work with. I give them the highest rating of any repair shop I've ever used. Thank you for your wonderful support.

The company is Awesome. They are very professional and helpful. I had agreat experience with them with my Kia Sportage. They talked to myself and my husband when we got there, they explained to us what needed to be done. They left text messages to inform us of where they were as far as repairs were being done. They really kept us informed on everything happening with our vehicle whether is was by phone or text message. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we were walked to the vehicle and shown what had been done and they let us know that if we had any problems to contact them. They were Amazing!

I have used Gerber for over 20 years and have always been very happy with their work. I am surprised by the ratings listed here. I went in today for the first time in a while to have them look at my bumper. Scott took the time to discuss my options and did not push the more expensive choice of replacing the bumper. He was able to put it back by replacing screws and buffed out the scrapes. He is cheerful, patient, empathetic, listens and gives you all the possible repair options. He is a really wonderful young man. I left feeling less anxious and judgy about myself and they didn’t charge me for the labor or time he spent with me!

Gerber Collision and Glass has great customer service! I will recommend them to all my friends. I called and talked to Sam and the process was stress free! The rental car picked me up and when my car was ready in about 2 days, Sam called me and I picked up my car and left the rental car there and it was picked up, there was no hassle it was wonderful. My car looked great! Mr. Jimmy does an excellent job! Thanks for making it a stress free experience!
