Single female and Gerber Collision in Murfreesboro Tn South Church location has had my 2021for 4 weeks fixing a parking lot fender bender. Very slow work with zero communication. My experience was not good! Tammy Young Customer

I had a very poor experience with this body shop. On November 19, 2025, I brought my vehicle to this location for repairs. Approximately one month later, the vehicle was returned to me. Shortly after, I began experiencing multiple issues that were not present before the repair: * One headlight failed while I was driving on the highway. * The hood latch became loose and popped up. * The cover protecting the sensor fell off. * The trim cover beneath the hood was misaligned. * The fender began separating and popping out. I returned the vehicle to the shop four separate times between December and January to have these issues addressed. However, each visit seemed focused only on the specific problem I reported, despite the fact that multiple issues were evident. By February, after months of dealing with recurring problems, I decided to take the vehicle to a different body shop for an independent inspection. Unfortunately, that inspection revealed additional issues that had not been properly addressed. During this process, my insurance-covered rental period expired. As a result, I incurred approximately $4,000 in out-of-pocket expenses for a rental vehicle and experienced lost income due to the ongoing repairs and inconvenience. What concerns me most is not only the quality of the repairs, but the lack of accountability throughout the process. I trusted this shop to restore my vehicle properly, and instead I spent months dealing with repeated defects, additional repairs, and significant personal expense. I would not recommend this body shop based on my experience.

Took my car to Gerber collision in Brownsburg Indiana stay away from this place. Took my car for in for repair ..totally damaged my car severely. The blue paint from their wall is all over my front bumper. My front bumper is hanging off. They will not take the blame call corporate nothing. Even with all the evidence.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If your car is there, make sure you walk around very thoroughly upon picking it up

I was rear-ended by someone who was going 75 miles per hour. They had my car 2 1/2 months & returned it back to me still needing repairs. They refuse to check the drivetrain because per Mariano it didn't "look" like there was enough damage to check it. They replaced the muffler but failed to replace a bent muffler pipe. That put me and my passenger at risk for carbon monoxide poisoning & other safety issues. My wheels were also shaking when I brake. Mariano said they did a road test...then how did he miss the loud noises coming from my car & the shaking? I drove my car 2 blocks & noticed these issues. How could a mechanic with decades of experience miss these things? They removed my spare tire & windshield covers & are refusing to replace them. Large gaps are in the body of my car. Those gaps mean the frame was compromised (another safety issue), they still released my car to me. They left white scuff marks that were caused by the accident.

The workmanship at the Gerber Collision on Vivion Rd in Kansas City is beyond unacceptable — it’s astonishingly careless. The body work on my vehicle looked like it was done by someone with zero professional skill. Honestly, leaving the dents untouched and spraying paint over them would have been a noticeable upgrade compared to what I got. When I asked about their so‑called “warranty,” they immediately dodged responsibility. Instead of owning their sub‑par work, they blamed a “manufacturer defect” on a brand‑new vehicle. That excuse alone tells you everything about their standards and their integrity. I regret not trusting the negative reviews. This place proved every single one of them right. I’ve already warned friends, family, and anyone who will listen to avoid this location entirely. The experience was so bad that I would have chosen almost any other inconvenience over dealing with this shop. If you value your time, your money, or your vehicle, do yourself a favor: read the bad reviews, believe them, and take your business somewhere that actually respects its customers.

Terrible communicators at the Odessa Florida location. Incompetent when it comes to ordering parts and terrible when it comes to checking to make sure all and correct parts have arrived. Staff is rude and lies about completion date 4 times in 10 days. Unorganized. 9 out 0f 10 calls goes directly to voicemail. Manager says she will check and call back and then you never hear from her.

They never contacted me, no texts no communication and then put my car in storage and are charging me $80 a day. The car is drivable. I could have just picked it up. Its a weird situation. They keep my car, don't contact me then put it in storage.

100% lifetime warranty is not true. It has been almost 1 year since Gerber repaired damage to my Kia K5 after being rear ended. The passenger trim that was replaced has now faded/peeled off drastically (front original trim is good) on one of the sides they replaced. They replaced right and left side silver trim around window. They said they can not cover this because the vendor they purchased trim from is no longer in business. So we are left with the damaged trim due to no fault of ours...no warranty due to their vendor going out of business. :(
