Achtung . Diese Firma ist Betrug !!!! Sie haben mir ohne es mir bekannt zu geben €39,90 von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht !!!!! Eine Frechheit , ich will das Geld sofort zurück !!!!! Sonst werde ich zum Anwalt gehen . Ich habe meine Karte bereits sperren lassen . Jetzt könnt ihr mich mal !!!!. An Alle hier , bitte sperrt eure Karten bevor ihr ausgenommen werdet !!! Eine Sauerei !!!! Gehört angezeigt !!!!

I was charged $40 for service that I…
I was charged $40 for service that I never had also tried to cancel a subscription I never had, all they keep telling me is how to cancel using the app or browser but it keeps telling me I have no subscriptions, also I provided them with all documents saying that I have no subscription. Today they tell me that they canceled my subscription which I never had however they can’t refund my money back because of their terms of use. It’s a bullshit. You can't get help at all. We must sue this company.

Our auto-renewal terms are displayed on the offer screen prior to purchase. We understand your request, and as customer satisfaction is our priority, we have processed a refund for the charges. Depending on your banking company, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account after we issued it.

Company is Scam
Company is Scam. For two month they took 2 x 39.99$ for nothing, and their support doesn't answer to my messages. I had to block my credit card

I would give a 0 if I could
I would give a 0 if I could. First they took 6.99 from my debit card abd did absolutely nothing. I asked for it back and they refused. Then they took $39.99 of which I have no idea what it is. I've emailed twice and called the number that's on my bank transaction. Of course no response on either. My bank is now involved and disputing the charge. I had to close my debit card and get anew one. The bank charges $25, but unlike Geozilla they were kind enough to waive the fee. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE GEOZILLA. IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY AND WILL USE YOUR DEBIT CARD FOR CHARGES THAT DON'T EXIST.

Great Support
Looks like a very good app in terms of quality, performance and great support received. unfortunately I decided to not keep using the app after a week, so I encourage to read carefully the terms and conditions as this will renew if not cancelled the subscription. I wrongly overlooked this and they provided a great support. thanks!
