All that happened was my money was taken and then no progress made. Total scam. Apple. You should not allow this. You have enough reviews to support that it is a scam. REFUND EVERYONE. So now I’m told you can’t find a phone unless it’s been loaded with the app in advance. So you need to anticipate its loss. That’s not the way it is marketed. It suggest you can find a phone!!!!!

This app is a total scam. I tried it for a phone location and the phone didn’t even come out as being tracked. I tried requesting a refund immediately and a cancellation and I haven’t received a response to my claim other than emails explaining the cancellation process which does not work either. Don’t ever use this app!!! It is definitely a scam!

Multiple charges trying to go through on my card. Thank goodness they were declined. Impossible to cancel unless you call. Still being charged when they do go through. Do not sign up.

Don’t go here! I cancelled but am still being charged. I signed up in December and cancelled immediately - it is on my profile that I requested this and it is marked solved by them. I have been charged for four months since then. I fear I will have to cancel my credit card

Cancelled Immediately still charged. I have sent over 5 e-mails to correct this charge, to remove my card, and they keep sending a circle email of how to cancel. But I already cancelled. It doesn't show up on any of my subscriptions because I already cancelled. Unhelpful and unresponsive. I'm going to have to cancel my card to get them off and I don't think I'm going to get a refund.

The support team is great, they answer you and it is guaranteed 100% money back. Though they need to specify that you can only track if the person you are tracking also has the app. It was a great experience, all thanks to Julia. She is good with customer service and make sure she meet their needs.

Totally scam. Used this "one time location tool" Priced 2,99€. I got charged that 2,99€, but Later same day they charged 29,99€ (Premium subscription). I personally have not subscribed to their premium services. This subscription was not even found in the GooglePlay subscription list or on their own pages in my profile. 100% robbery. Customer service does not respond or return money. Report made to the consumer protection agency and the bank about the company. Do not buy this service.

Me ha pasado lo mismo que todos, me han estafado, inicialmente con los 7 dólares el primer dia, y a los 7 días veo un gasto de 39.9 dólares. el dia que lo instale 16/02 como no me convenció borre mi cuenta y la aplicación. ES MENTIRA QUE MANDAS UN MAIL Y TE CANCELAN LA SUSCRIPCION, LO INTENTE DESDE LA APP Y NO TENGO NINGUNA COMO TAMPOCO EN APPLE STORE. EXIJO QUE ME DEVUELVAN MI DINERO!
