Vorremmo scusarci per la tua spiacevole esperienza con l'App. I nostri termini di rinnovo automatico vengono visualizzati nella schermata dell'offerta prima dell'acquisto. Tieni presente che la cancellazione dell'app e/o dell'account non rimuove automaticamente il tuo abbonamento a pagamento. Comprendiamo la tua richiesta e, poiché la soddisfazione del cliente è la nostra priorità, abbiamo elaborato un rimborso per l'ultimo addebito e annullato l'abbonamento. A seconda della società bancaria, potrebbero essere necessari fino a 5-10 giorni lavorativi affinché il credito venga visualizzato sul tuo conto dopo averlo emesso.

Ci scusiamo sinceramente per l'inconveniente causato dall'App. I nostri termini di rinnovo automatico vengono visualizzati nella schermata dell'offerta prima dell'acquisto. Tieni presente che l'eliminazione dell'app o del tuo account non annulla automaticamente l'abbonamento. Per annullare l'abbonamento Apple, apri l'app Impostazioni, tocca il tuo nome, seleziona Abbonamenti, scegli l'abbonamento, quindi tocca Annulla abbonamento. Se hai ordinato tramite Play Store (Android): vai al Play Store sul tuo dispositivo. Quindi tocca Menu > Abbonamenti. Trova l'abbonamento GeoZilla lì e disabilita il rinnovo automatico. Se hai acquistato l'abbonamento tramite il nostro sito Web, vai su Geozilla.com, fai clic su Accedi nell'angolo in alto a destra, vai a Gestisci abbonamenti, seleziona l'abbonamento che desideri annullare e tocca Annulla abbonamento. The per-day rate is shown only to highlight the benefits of certain plans compared to others. To cancel your Apple subscription, open the Settings app, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose the subscription, and then tap Cancel Subscription. If you ordered via Play Store (Android): Go to the Play Store on your device. Then tap on Menu > Subscriptions. Find GeoZilla subscription there and disable auto-renew. If you purchased your subscription via our website, go to Geozilla.com, click Login in the upper right corner, navigate to Manage Subscriptions, select the subscription you'd like to cancel, and tap Cancel Subscription.
