To cancel your Apple subscription, open the Settings app, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose the subscription, and then tap Cancel Subscription. If you ordered via Play Store (Android): Go to the Play Store on your device. Then tap on Menu > Subscriptions. Find GeoZilla subscription there and disable auto-renew. If you purchased your subscription via our website, go to Geozilla.com, click Login in the upper right corner, navigate to Manage Subscriptions, select the subscription you'd like to cancel, and tap Cancel Subscription. Ci scusiamo sinceramente per l'inconveniente causato dall'App. I nostri termini di rinnovo automatico vengono visualizzati nella schermata dell'offerta prima dell'acquisto. Tieni presente che la cancellazione dell'app non rimuove automaticamente il tuo abbonamento a pagamento. Comprendiamo la tua richiesta e, poiché la soddisfazione del cliente è la nostra priorità, abbiamo elaborato un rimborso per gli ultimi due addebiti e annullato l'abbonamento. A seconda della società bancaria, potrebbero essere necessari fino a 5-10 giorni lavorativi affinché il credito venga visualizzato sul tuo conto dopo averlo emesso.

Lamentamos mucho saber que ha tenido problemas con la aplicación. La aplicación requiere que el dispositivo perdido que intenta localizar tenga Geozilla preinstalado. Lamentablemente, sin esto, no será posible realizar el seguimiento. Las condiciones de renovación automática se muestran en la pantalla de la oferta antes de realizar la compra. Valoramos enormemente a nuestros clientes y siempre nos esforzamos por garantizar una experiencia positiva. Hemos procesado el reembolso del cargo mensual y cancelado la suscripción. Dependiendo de su entidad bancaria, el abono puede tardar entre 5 y 10 días hábiles en reflejarse en su cuenta una vez emitido.
