Very efficient and fast service for a very decent price

Divorce is difficult enough on its own, but this online process made an otherwise stressful experience SO much easier! Our situation was relatively straightforward, with no children or property to divide, but I was genuinely impressed by the speed, professionalism, and efficiency of the entire team. Every step was clearly explained, the online process was remarkably smooth, and the turnaround time exceeded my expectations. The level of service and convenience, especially for the price, was outstanding! My only practical advice is to have access to a good-quality printer and scanner to make handling the documents even easier. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. During a time when simplicity and peace of mind mean so much, this team truly delivered. Five stars, without hesitation!

The process was actually very simple if you follow the directions given. The online direction was meticulous. But you must follow step by step. I was somewhat surprised with the final payment. It wasn't explained clearly in the beginning.

I used this company thinking it was going to be quicker and less expensive. I was right about money that was it… I filed and never heard a word from anyone. After a few days I call , All I get is a foreign call center who has very little knowledge or information. I would think an attorney in this country would have the sense to get a US call center. I got excuses and someone will get with u.. 5 days later call again, same BS same call center. I went on the chat and was basically hung up on.. emails went unanswered . I will be filing with Georgia Bar against the attorney who over sees this crap.. as well as a small claims suit for a refund!!!
