First of all, These are very nice towels, but over priced. My issue is the fact that they try to say that you get rewards for the money you spend, and bait you with that reward days after the (90 day) reward expires! This has happened several times to me, but I didn’t realize it until today! I’ve spent over 1K on these products (mainly gifts)in the past 9 months, and haven’t received any perk whatsoever!! Seems like a bait and switch to me. In fact, it really does look that way. Thankfully, I have proof with account snapshots. I sent them 2 emails, and I’m waiting for a reply that I’m likely not going to get, based on past reviews. What’s so funny, is the fact that so many of the product review sites claim that this company is over 4.8 stars! Apparently none of those reviewers have ever tried using their “rewards”? I’m guess I’m the only goof who buys them for a “go to” gift. Ugh.

I took advantage of their sale and ordered some towels. The website said it would take 3-5 days to ship. After a week, I emailed support, only to get a response from an automated support who then forwarded my info to a specialist . *crickets* I saw on social media that other people hadn’t received it as well. I commented on their social media and reached out again. After that, did I get an email that my order was shipped. The towels themselves are cute, but it was quite a hassle to receive them. I don’t plan on ordering from them again.
