I never had a real day care routine before in my life. I used several brands as a face creams and cleanser, but never saw great results. So I decided to look around for a brand that uses natural products and does not test on animals. Geologie was the first one that convinced me to take the hurdle to go into the experience of the first day care routine. When you see the prices it’s really hard to decide if it’s worth to try. The option to have a 30 day trial lowered to entrance barrier a lot. So I decided to start that journey. The Homepage with the online test to determine your type of skin is so easy that I felt good about it throughout the process. Got assigned to Regimen #17. I was excited to get the package and to try it out. After a couple of days my trial package arrived and I used it right away. To be very honest, I was very close to stop my trial after 7days, but I kept going with it and I will explain why very shortly. The first two days went well, no skin irritation no burning. At the 3rd day my skin dried out like hell. I never saw something like this before in my skin. I was scared a bit that I could have an allergic reaction or so. So I contacted Geologie and asked for help. The service team calmed me down and asked the right questions. I tried the steps they proposed, using more of this or less of the others. It did not improve very soon, so I wrote them again. So they forwarded me to their internal dermatologist and he explained the different steps of the skin reaction when you are using a routine for the first time. Everything sounded logic to me, so despite my concerns I stayed onboard and it improved a little. The service team came back to me and asked if it became better. As a result of the slow adjustment of my skin they proposed changing something for the night cream. So I switched to Regimen #18 with my first regular package for 90days. Since then I had no problems at all anymore. I am just happy to see my improved skin. It’s cleaner, brighter and softer after using Geologie for roughly 8-9weeks. From my experience using a routine for the first time is really tough. You have to go through a time phase to become successful. It’s like working out or loosing weight. You have to stick to your plan and fight through! Thanks to the great service I stayed with them and I am a very happy customer now. Thanks to the whole team!

I wanted better skin but didn't know where to go. Every influencer had a different brand, and each brand gave the same promise. But money isn't endless, and I didn't want to spend the mental energy testing different products over months until I found the "one". I stumbled upon Geologie, and again, was skeptical. The price tag didn't help. But then it didn't let me browse for options; it gave me a test. And then it didn't say it was the best; it showed me the studies. And then it didn't force me to try it all at once; it let me do a trial. And now I'm loyal. Not only because I love Geologie; but because the impact is so real that I'm scared to stop using it. Oh, and I didn't even get started on the customer service. Another day.

I'm really satisfied with the products. I had the trial kit at first and that was when I can see and feel my skin changing and slowly adjusting to it. Once my trial ended I wanted to start the subscription but had concerns regarding the price and my acne that was not going away. Andy from Geologie reached out to me and asked me about my budget that's where he recommended me another regimen and a price lower than my budget. It was such an amazing experience! Really happy with the product and customer service. My skin is glowing and have been really clear. Highly recommend!! Would love it if one of the extra cleanser is an exfoliate but I'm unsure if there's a need but overall very happy!

I noticed that I started to develop these little bumps on my forehead. I had found out about Geologie through a friend of mine so I decided to give the 30 day trial a try. After about a week or so, the bumps have completely disappeared. Additionally, the typical oily shine my face once had has now decreased. Their customer service teams follows up with a personal email to address any initial questions you may have about your order, which is nice considering most email order follow ups are generic and impersonal. Definitely recommend Geologie for your skincare maintain products.

I shopped around for a good skin care product for men and Geologie is the best I found. The product is excellent and just as important the customer care is outstanding. I’ve dealt with many companies this year and the customer service of many of these companies has been terrible. Geologie stood out because of the customer service. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good skin care product to add to your daily routine.

Over the last couple month I have started issues with my skin. After hesitating for a while I decided to give a skin routine a try and thought geologie would be a good place to start. I tried there starting trial kit and it was really easy to use. I didn't use it as consistently as I should have but I still got compliments about my skin starting to look better. I recently was going to get my 3 month shipment but there was some issues with it in transit but the costumer service department fixed it in a timely manner. It is pricey but I would recommend it and long term it is a good investment in your skin.

The products are great. They work well with my skin and come packaged very nicely. I love the aesthetic and the performance of the product. Better than that is the customer service. I have cancelled twice because the product lasted longer than expected, so I did not need a restock. The responses have always been extremely quick and I have had two refunds given to me without problems. These guys really care about their customers!
