I've been stopped on the street multiple times by people thinking I'm either Daniel Craig, Harry Styles or Bradley Cooper. Sometimes all three at the same time by the same person. That's how powerful Geologie's products are. I want to do business with personable people who you can relate to. Every encounter I've had with a Geologie staff member has been filled with humor, insightful information, and trust. Rather than dealing with your everyday salesman from some everyday retail store, Geologie tells you how it is, while giving you a cheap laugh or two. I love the fact they understand everyone's skin is different. They don't tell you, "use this product because it works for everyone." The onboarding process is simple (not to mention fun). I actually learned quite a bit about my skin just from doing the survey. Oh, and let me tell you about their customer service. This company is willing to fight for every one of their customers. I love that! Geologie isn't the cheapest, which I understand the best-of-the-best is going to come at a cost. I'm a man who never has issues with commitment, but I couldn't commit to an investment like this. Then out of left field Geologie comes in with an offer I couldn't refuse. I appreciate a company who is willing to fight and claw their way for a customer. The fact they came down to a reasonable price point that I deemed fair for both parties meant a lot to me. It's a company like this that I enjoy doing business with. Real human-beings with empathy. They just get it! Products work great. I definitely see and feel the difference. I'm going to live forever thanks to their eye cream. Shoutout to Andy in customer service for doing a cartwheel in honor of me buying from them. I'm sure it was glamorous.
