The customer service is really good. Any time I needed any help they always replied me in 24 hrs. I really appreciate it. For example, I didn't know how to use the website and change my regimen status and they helped me with that. My skin was getting irritating while using retinol everyday. When I asked them how to use it. They told me to not to use it every day. rather use it twice a week. This is my first time using skincare products. So, I didn't know about these stuffs. But they were very cool to help me.

Could not be happier with my Geologie experience so far. First off, the free trial allowed me to get a feel for the product without having to make a commitment (not the case for most skincare companies). Clearly, we are all here because we are not satisfied with what has worked in the past. So, in relieving the daunting decision of potentially throwing hundreds of dollars down the drain for something that may not work, Geologie leads off with their customer-centric focus. Second, after a few weeks into my regimen, I noticed that my breakouts weren't totally going away. I had reached out to Andy to see if that was normal or if I could switch up my regimen. In response, he sent a lengthy, immensely helpful email explaining the science behind the product and gave me the option of upping the retinol in my night cream (going from regimen 17 to 18). Overall, I could not be more satisfied with the product and the care that Geologie clearly has for it's customers.

Tried out the new regimen and didn’t see much result in the first 2 months. After reaching out to Andy at Geologie he encouraged me to stick with and and offered some advice. I’m now seeing some great results and was very impressed with how the company offered solutions to keep me going. Looking forward to seeing more progress with this brand.
