I had a product arrive that was busted open. Customer service did a really good job of replacing the product and kept following up with me to make sure I got the replacement product. Great customer service.

The product works very well and has for years. Their customer service has also been great. On two separate occasions I have emailed asking for help and both times they helped me quickly and efficiently.

In the past 6 months that I've been using the products, I have contacted their support for questions and making adjustments to my subscription/what products are delivered to me. Their support agents, especially two of them I've been in contact, have been extremely helpful and patient with my newbie questions and have helped me to adjust my regimen/skincare routine for me. The products themselves, have improved my skin a little bit, and I'm hoping to see more improvements down the road.
