First of all I have to say that the customer service experience at Geologie is exponential. They are amazing always here to help with a click of a button. I normally contact them through text and they always get back to me. Furthermore. The PRODUCTS WORK. LIKE THEY REALLY WORK. My face was clearer than it’s ever been using geologie. Thank you Geologie for being the best skin care company on the market!

Geologie has given me one of the easiest experiences I've had in skincare -- period. I just took a quiz, and then they assigned me a regimen for my skin's specific needs. And I get orders every 3 months now, so I don't even need to run to the store or think about re-upping my products at all. If you're a busy bee like me, you'll love Geologie.

I've struggled with oily skin for years and no skincare regiment has seemed to help out in the slightest. I found out about Geologie thru a FREE trial -- I just had to pay shipping. Okay -- already an amazing deal. Great start. I liked the products and convenient packages, and I ended up exploring their site more and landing on two amazing products. Firstly, the Oil-Free Gel Moisturizer is my favorite moisturizer I've ever used. It goes on easy and you feel it working and hydrating your face immediately. Best of all, it doesn't make my face more oily like other moisturizers. I didn't even know that was possible, and through some ingredient science that's over my head, I've found my face less and less oily as I continue to use. The Vitamin C + E Serum I use in the morning helps me feel more confident about my face on days where I feel like I need a bit of a boost. My partner likes how it smells on me too! Thank you Geologie for providing skincare that WORKS! Finally !!

There was previously an issue with my order being delayed and the transit company not making any tracking updates to my order. I was super worried about my husband’s Christmas gift not making it in time…. I emailed customer service and Andy answered my email and had an replacement sent expedited to our address shipped out not even 24 hours later. I am truly impressed with how professionally and kindly this problem was addressed by them and my husband is going to be so excited to try Geologie!!
