I have been using Geologie for several years now. I like the simplicity of having a two-step skincare regimen twice a day, and I also like that it works. I looked around last year for other skincare products, and came back to Geologie: it is competitively priced (particularly after the subscription benefits) is good quality, and you don't need a doctorate to understand how it works.

I have been using Geologie products since November 2022. I am very happy with the results. I experienced a minor «technical issue» with the website and contacted customer service. The response was quick and the «problem» was immediately solved. The solution exceeded my expectations. Every person’s skin is different and the results may vary. However, I listed below my experience with Geologie products. • Salicylic Acid Face Wash - Bergamot + Juniper. I was already using a salicylic face wash, but I much prefer the one from Geologie. It is easier to apply and rinse, it leaves a feeling of «freshness» and I like the smell. • Retinol Night Cream: I started seeing results after a few weeks. My skin pigmentation was more even, small dark spots started to fade and my acne started improving. • Dark + Puffy Under Eye Cream : It took approximately 6 weeks for the cream to start working. I had one dark spot which has completely disappeared now. • Tone Control Face Cream with SPF15: it’s a good moisturizer and I like the SPF15 protection. • Hair Co-Wash – Cooling: I keep my hair short and exercise a lot (150 time a year), so I often wash my hair twice a day. Even though I was using a very gentle shampoo, my scalp felt a bit dry and itchy. The Co-Wash solved that issue and my hair feel softer and better. The only negative is that shipping to Canada is a bit slow and tracking is not the best. However, I always received my orders and there were no unexpected fees. It just takes a bit longer than what we are used to. I hope this helps. Sincerely,

What I really like about Geologie is that if I want to make changes to my regimen, or if I have questions about products, reaching out to their team is very easy. I can email them and they do a fantastic job of helping me with my questions or changes I want to make. It goes without saying that their products are effective for my skin personally, but what I really appreciate is the support that's offered beyond just providing these products to me.

Andy's customer service was top notch. Very pleasant to work with, very responsive, and helped with every question and the small issues I had. On top of that, the products are great. The creams don't leave me feeling greasy and the face wash leaves my face feeling clean without feeling dry.

I've been a subscription user of Geologie for just over a year now and wanted to share my feedback as I always use references/reviews before making a purchase. Geologie is a great product and one that I use daily for skin care. It's great value for cost and I've seen amazing results. I recently had a shipping issue that their customer service team was able to resolve quickly and effectively. If you are looking for a subscription skincare regime look no further, I think you'll be very happy with Geologie - highly recommended.
