So glad you found us through New Rockstars, Scott! We're big fans of the channel and happy to be working with them. Glad to hear that your skin's back under control, and don't hesitate to reach back out to our team if there are ever any adjustments you might need to make to the regimen along the way -- always happy to help with that! Keep it up and don't be a stranger :)

Hey Darren. Thanks for your review here. We actually outline subscription details transparently in a few places, including during our diagnostic, at checkout in a few different places and again via confirmation email after a trial order is placed. Additionally, recurring purchases aren't set up for a customer unless they give explicit consent to receiving them. The trial lasts for 30 days, but after that we ship your full set packages every 90 days by default. When you transition from the trial to your first full-sized regimen, the volume of all products increases across the board. Our AM and PM creams increase from 15 ml to 50 ml, our face washes from 20 to 60, and the eye cream increases in volume from 5 ml to 10 ml. Don't hesitate to reach out to our support team if you have any additional questions about the above.
