You're definitely right about retinol, in that it can take some getting used to at first and bring with it a little bit of a transition period that might include some minor irritation to get over. Glad you got over the hump and are on to clearer, softer skin, though! If you do want to continue making progress with reduced blemishes and signs of aging, our support team can upgrade your night cream's retinol strength at no additional cost. We did experience some significant shipping delays in January that led us to upgrade our services and implement better technologies to keep an eye on customers' orders while in transit.
