I have only had a membership for a short time, my trial order was delayed it took 3 weeks to receive it I had to reach out to the company to find out where it was. My first full order was billed December 29th , I don't know what happened but I have never received it. However Andy in customer service was kind enough to assist me and resolved my issues in a gracious matter. They do have nice customer service reps

I contacted customer service when I realized that my trial package was 2-3 weeks late. I got an immediate response and was sent a second package the same day. My rep continued to check in with me to make sure I received my package. Very prompt and kind customer service!

Continued results are still on the way with your night cream's retinol, as many of its key improvements kick in around two to three months of use. I had a less than ideal experience with Geologie, but I admit the blame was mostly on me. I did like the products I received in my trial order, but wasn't ready to spend $150 regularly on a skincare routine. I assumed that they'd make me confirm before continuing the subscription, but instead they charged me automatically. I realize this is how most trial services do things, but I just wish my continued confirmation was a requirement to continue my subscription. Anyway, I returned the products, and got my (mostly) full refund.

I really like the Geologie products so far. The face wash is refreshing, the lotions are hydrating, and I feel they do what they advertise. I do wish there were a few more options available, which is why I am dinging a star. It would be nice to have an under-eye cream that addressed fine lines and/or eye puffiness. Would also be nice to have an under-eye cream for daytime and not just night time. I also wish a spray/mist toner was available as well. I bring these up because it would be nice to be able to order a full service package from one company rather than from 3-4 providers. In contacting support, they have been great and responsive. Everyone is very nice and I love the military discount that is offered.

We offer eye creams that tackle both of these concerns -- an anti-wrinkle eye cream with retinol that helps reduce fine lines, and another with kojic acid to help treat dark and puffy under eyes. Our customer success lead will follow up to see how we can help here, as it's totally fine to use our dark and puffy formula alongside your morning routine and the anti-wrinkle formula at night.
