Very good customer service

I have been using Geologie for years now and I feel as if their products really make a difference in making my face look and feel fresh. Shout out to Aleksandra for helping me navigate the ordering process, which I feel that Geologie is improving.

Even though my first package was lost in delivery, they immediatly dealt with the issue the moment I contacted them and were always helpful and accomodating.

Great skincare products that have really helped clear up my acne and and reduce my redness. The customer service responds quickly and goes above and beyond to meet my needs.

I think these guys offer a really high quality set of products that has made a difference for me.

I had one of my face wash bottles explode in the mail so when the box arrived the package was a big mess. I sent a picture and a short message to Geologie and immediately my issue was resolved. Customer service has already sent out a replacement and it was such a quick resolution I couldn't be happier. I've been a customer for years now and this is the first time I've had to interact with customer service but I'm glad I did!
