Awesome options and preselected sets, while allowing great customization. I love that each ingredient is explained. However, it’s pretty pricey compared to many other face-care options, almost double in some cases. This probably discourages a lot of people who don’t want to spend $100 every 3 months.

Customer service is good products are good

Even though one of the customer service members gave me a hard time, another member came in and helped me completely. Great company with greater customer service.

I decided to try the trial because it was highly recommended based on skincare reviews for men. I have tried several other products before that tend to dry out my face and cause breakouts. The verdict is still out as I have only used the product for a few weeks but unlike any other product, Geologie has not dried out my face nor caused breakouts. I will continue on a 90-day supply and see how things go.

[UPDATED Review: Service recovery in action!] Geologie.com's service recovery team, led by Andy, quickly resolved the issue with my damaged package by taking responsibility and providing a beautifully secured replacement order alongside the complimentary travel set. Their efforts have restored my confidence in the company and commitment to customer satisfaction. I appreciate their efforts to make things right and hope that they continue to improve their systems. As a result, I have updated my initial rating. ---------------------- [Issues NOT yet to be resolved!] I encountered a significant issue with my recent order that has not been resolved. The package I received was damaged, causing one of the facial wash products to explode and leak onto the other items in the package. This made opening the package a messy and frustrating experience. Despite receiving friendly emails and promotional items from their customer service team initially, I have been disappointed by their lack of response to my request for a remedy. Even after reaching out multiple times and providing images and videos of the damaged package, I have not received any helpful response. While I was initially very pleased with my on-boarding experience and the trial package I received, this lack of response to my issue makes me question the ethical and professional standards of Geologie.com. As a result, I cannot recommend them and must caution others to be wary of potential issues with their orders.

The products are great. They make my skin feel super soft, it looks luxurious, and the scents are fantastic! My skin care specialist, is also incredible. Seems like a genuine person who cares about my experience. However, lost a star because it took about a month for my trial to get to me. They said their carrier was in the process of a big overhaul - that’s fine, I used to work in logistics, it’s a mess. I had to reach out after two weeks to see what was up before I found out about the delay. They’ve been rockstars in being hospitable and generous with a fee bonus points. I’ve heard the subscription ships faster so fingers crossed. If that comes through in a timely manner, then I’ll definitely give them 5/5.

At first, I gave them a one-star review because the shipping process took too long but then Andy on the customer service team gave me a discount and dhl provided me with an estimated delivery date so now I am confident that I will receive the products. I also found out that they have been working on shipping delays and are expediting the process. Overall, I have not tried them yet but based on all of the reviews, no one complains about the products being bad so I'm hopeful that they will work and be beneficial for me and my routine.

Changed from 1 star to 4 star, Andy who I'm assuming is either the owner or a higher up confirmed my package was moving and also accepted my refund request, it seems the problem here is DHL, so if your package isn't arriving the best method is contact them and they'll contact DHL for you, it sucks to think I would've never gotten my package anytime soon had I not emailed Geologie, DHL needs to get it together
