Since I first ordered a sample Kit and had a question, the team at Geologie has been probably the most attentive and helpful of ANY eComm site I’ve ever shopped with. I mean incredibly communicative. Like I’ve never gotten this much help from Most in person shopping experiences really. (With a few exceptions, of course) The product is great and speaks for itself if you give it a shot. I am transitioning away from some products I have used for years from Kiehl’s-like the Ultra Facial cleanser. I’m switching to this cleanser now, bc of the salicylic component. And I love the smell! I’m dying to try 2 products that are sold out too! So far the morning and night creams streamline my process, removing the need for an additional serum. Not 100.% sold on the eye cream yet but I’ll give it a go a bit longer and see. Great job Geologie-thanks for making my a bit easier!

Not only are the products I ordered on trial fantastic in their efficacy, but they smell great and feel perfect as well. On top of that, I don’t need to use nearly as much as I thought I would, so it last a long time. Customer service is among the best I’ve ever experienced. They were fast, responsive, and attended to my every concern without hesitation or shame (I had delivery issues and they just resent it after asking a few questions). Truly a company that cares about its customers!

So far so good. Tried the trial and ended up canceling but I ordered the exfoliating mask and it does wonders for my face.

Throughout the trial period of the first month my skin has started to clear up quite a bit. Then once my refills showed up and there were some damages to the product in shipping I contacted customer support and they sent me everything that was damaged free of charge.
