I’ve had better luck with Geologie products than any other on treating my sensitive skin. The prices are a little too high, but maybe that’s something they will improve with time.

Overall, a good start. No adverse effects so far on any of the creams. Like the cleanser with the salicylic acid, F+E cream and moisturizers do make my skin feel brighter and softer. I’ve only been using a few weeks so far. Eye cream, the jury is still out if it’s making a big difference. It’s packaged well and easy to manage my shipments. I’ve not done a deep comparison of other brands but honestly, I don’t have the time anyways. Hopefully I can give a more thorough review in a few months. I like it so far and its worth a try.

-UPDATE- I've agreed to update my review after receiving a full refund for my experience. The customer rep Andy says I can keep the full sized products as well. Geologie's facewash didn't work well for me (dried my skin out) but I can see how it could work for others. The other products were good, but I will unlikely move forward with this company. -ORIGINAL REVIEW- I bought their trial kit skincare and paid $4.99 for shipping. The kit was delivered to me on August 29, and 19 days later, I was charged $149.25 for an "automatic 3-month subscription." It wasn't even Geologie who notified me, it was PayPal! I didn't even know this was a subscription because they purposefully hide it to make money in an unethical and scammy type of way. Once I contacted them, they told me there was NO WAY to cancel the order unless I'd contacted them 2 days before. They don't give reminders. I never set up an account. They didn't even bother to check if I liked the product (I didn't)! Their facewash dries my face out and actually made me break out. In their fine print, they say you must try out the product for 21 days but if you cancel before the 21 days, you will be charged full price for the product. Nowhere do they let you know you will be charged for 3 months worth of crap product before the trial period is even over. This UNETHICAL, borderline full on SCAM, and a reputable company with a quality product wouldn't have to sell their line like this. Do yourself a favor and try out the 8 Saints skincare line instead. Their stuff works, is gentle on skin, smells amazing, and you can try out their kit without getting scammed out of $140 at the end of it.

UPDATE TO REVIEW BELOW: I received a follow up from Milos, the customer service lead, to help resolve the situation. He was able to issue a full refund and stated I could keep the products that were already on their way so I could gift them since they didn't work for me. I am changing my 1-star to 4-stars purely for the customer service provided by Milos because in this economy $160+ is not a small amount to let go of. Thank you for rectifying this matter. I would like to suggest the company start sending confirmation emails once a customer is signed up along with instructions on how to manage their subscriptions (link and login credentials) as well as notifying customers in advance when their subscriptions are about to renew. This would help prevent a lot of misunderstandings and negative reviews. Original Review on 09/11/2023: This company is very deceiving. They offer a free 30-day kit and all you pay is shipping. The products they sent me made me break out in a rash so I stopped using them and did nothing further as I didn't have any further interest in the product. A month later I was charged $160.20 from them because they said when I ordered the trial, I was agreeing to a membership. They sent me screen grabs and in very fine print it states that you are agreeing to a membership and a 90-day supply will automatically be sent out and you will be charged full price for it if you don't cancel it. Well, I didn't know there was anything to be canceled since I did not see this disclaimer. Furthermore, customer service was awful and not accommodating, so I can't help but feel scammed. I was told that if I did not want to renew, I should have canceled two days prior to being charged. Well, how do I do that when I don't know I'm being charged. Any company I have a legitimate subscription with ALWAYS sends me an email 2-3 days before the recurring charge happens. This company sent me nothing. I didn't know I was charged until I received a PayPal notification. I am now disputing this through PayPal as customer service was mostly useless. She even mentioned managing the subscription in a membership account - I never set one up, because they never sent me any email about a membership. This is how deceptive they are - they put it in fine print when you sign up but don't send you any emails confirming this "membership" or how to manage it. I would give zero stars if I could.

Really like the products. The lotions have a non greasy feeling to them. The face wash does a good job without drying your skin out. The prices are a bit steep however.

I’ve been using geologie products for about three months. It didn’t help me with my acne, or dark circles at all. It literally didn’t do anything. For $150. The only good thing it did is it made my skin feel clean. A $3 bar of soap will give you the same results. 1star Update: I received an email from a Geologie customer service representative (who was extremely polite) offering me to try a higher strength night cream. I’m going to give Geologie one more chance. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars for great customer service. Will update in a couple months. Maybe the higher strength night cream will work better UPDATE: I believe it's fair to say that I gave Geologie an honest try. However, it didn't work the way I expected based on its advertised benefits. The higher strength night cream didn't yield significant results either. While I'm not suggesting that Geologie is a scam, it unfortunately didn't work for me at all. This experience felt like a waste of both my money and time. I've decided to return to my previous skincare routine or perhaps explore new options. UPDATE 3: So. I stopped using Geologie and went back to my previous face care routine: Hims night wrinkle cream Hims everyday moisturizer Khiel’s midnight recovery eye Some face wash I bought at Whole Foods I also added Dermatica Azelaic Acid that was recommended by a Whole Foods Whole Body department team member. It seemed like the Azelaic acid somewhat worked, but I didn’t notice much difference after a month of using it. I stopped using that and kept using the other stuff. I ran out of my regular face wash and decided to use my leftover bottle of Geology face wash, why waste it. To my surprise after about a week my acne completely disappeared! Like completely! I also added back the Geologie under eye cream for dark circles. And voila, my face looks fresh and clean with no pimples insight! I would like to apologize and give Geologie 4 stars instead of the 2 I gave before after being disappointed with their product. In my experience, using 4 different brands worked best for me and I’m gonna stick with what I found out trying different things. I’d like to share my experience and maybe it will help someone else. To recap my routine: Morning: Geologie Face wash Hims Everyday Moisturizer Kiehl’s midnight recovery eye (works better in the morning for me) Before bed: Geologie face wash Geologie dark circle cream Hims night wrinkle cream Dermatica Azelaic acid as needed. I’m no expert, but this is what worked for me. Teamwork:))

Hey Tom! Thanks for your review. Our team's happy to lend a hand here. It looks like our support staff hasn't received any outreach from you during your use of the regimen regarding your concerns or results, so our CSM will follow up with you separately to see how we can get you taken care of. There are a number of reasons why we offer 30-day trials, but one of them is because 3-4 weeks is really the minimum amount of time needed to adjust to a new regimen. It looks like you are about two months and some change into use of your regimen, which is when the more significant effects of our night cream's retinol really start to kick in, followed shortly thereafter by the kojic acid in our eye cream. Together, these ingredients help fight and prevent acne, reduce the appearance of prior scarring and new signs of aging, and balance out the skin tone of the undereye area. Your personalized set includes our introductory level night cream, but we have two higher tiers of retinol strength we can certainly upgrade you to at no additional cost. Our CSM will be reaching out to see if you'd like to sample one of those stronger formulas to work towards continued results. We're also more than happy to work with you on some uniquely discounted pricing moving forward to ensure you can stay consistent with your routine for long enough to see the results you're looking for. Hope that all helps, Tom, and we'll look forward to keeping the conversation going with you there.

Product is well made and lasts just about the entire 90 days as advertised. Shipping has gotten much better and now arrives fairly on time. Customer service was responsive when I had issues.

I've used Geologie for a few years now and I really like the quality of their product. I have sensitive skin and they've done a great job helping to keep my skin care routine manageable without irritating things. I think their website can sometimes be a little confusing and I wish there was more clarity around purchasing products as they're needed instead of being automatically sent to you through a subscription. At first, it was okay. But I ended up with a lot of extra product that I'm still working through.
