I ordered the Moisturizing Face Cream with SPF15 and soon after ordering forgot to update the address for my new residence. I reached out right away knowing my mistake might cost me. But their customer service was very responsive and fixed the issue right away and I still had my product within days. There were also multiple follow up emails regarding the status of my order and even an inquiry to ensure it arrived. Shout out, Aleksandra for all your help! On top of that, the product seems to be doing wonders for my face. Will back back for future purchases

I'm so glad I found this brand. I think it's a good value and the products that I have tried so far, have been great products. I have very oily skin prone to breakouts and since I started using Geologie skincare I haven't had as many breakouts and my skin is not as oily as it was. Great products.

Not only are the products great, but the customer service is world class. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, solving any issues I have, even if they aren't responsible for the problem.

Customer service is always 10/10!!! I didnt receive something but I didn't realize I just hadn't picked it up and she was so patient and i received product next day.
