My order was to be shipped almost a month ago. On may 4th 2021. Do I have my order NO. Do they have my money Hell Yes. The excuse has been but they moved warehouses and that is the problem. Even if their warehouse was in Afghanistan I still still my stuff. So buy beware because am 99% sure they scammed me. The daily wash does smell and feel like goat wee.

Ordered the product nearly a month ago and still not arrived. Now ran out of original supplies. Will have to source an alternative product otherwise my skin will be adversely affected from halting a regime. Unimpressed.

Hey Benjamin, Appreciate you following up, and sorry again for the wait to receive your latest order. We sent a shipping update your way with some additional information on the hold-up, as we've recently opened up a new warehouse for internal fulfillment. We're excited about the benefits this will provide our customers moving forward, but we unfortunately did get a little backed up during the switch. I've taken a look and can confirm that your order is headed your way, though. Our support lead will follow up personally to provide tracking.

EWW, customer service is literally non-existent. The website has no way to cancel your subscription by yourself, only to order more product. (pretty sure illegal in several states). Don't like the product? Get ready to jump through hoops. The 'customer support' chat box went unanswered for over an hour - and was only replied when I mentioned I would be leaving a review on Trustpilot. Then suddenly a 'system glitch' 'misdirected my chat' :D Shady company with gotcha pricing and impossible site navigation - the customer service will try to gaslight you claiming you can cancel yourself on their website with bogus screenshots that won't match your customer experience. Looking for skincare? THIS AINT IT

Fountain of youth!! But they keep turning off the faucet! Third time my order just doesn’t arrive. I pester and harass their chipper customer service people who just keep telling me to wait instead of getting my product here. How many times do you ‘lose’ a shipment or screw up the order?! What good is a skin care regimen when Geologie can’t get it to you?! 👎🏻

I tried this product for 30 days. I read and followed the directions but is seems to be a Complete scam. They of course do the bait and hook. Try free and in little fine print they auto draft $150 from your checking account. Not a problem if the product actually worked.

Used these products for 6 weeks and no results. Followed directions as well. Waste of money.
